    The Best Buy protection plan is good . Still don’t know how the date of the protection plan would be calculated if the items that were supposed to be delivered are still not delivered

    Feels cheap but all appliances do now. Honestly wish I kept my appliances that were working but I opted to get the set with my refrigerator broke. This refrigerator is ok- still freezes food like my old one, jokes on me, I should have just kept the old one, it at least felt sturdy. But LG is slightly better than Samsung

    My new refrigerator needed some tweaking with the doors. Best Buy sent someone out in a timely manner to take care of it.
