    So far, this has been really worth it. We ordered a dishwasher, stove, microwave and refrigerator. The 1st & 2nd stoves were damaged in transit, but our 3rd was in good shape. The 1st fridge's ice/water system didn't work, so they replaced the whole thing. The dishwasher was damaged in transit & the control panel wasn't attached because of that, so they replaced the whole thing. It took a long time because of supply issues, but Best Buy didn't give us any hassle to get replacements and they were very nice on the phone. I am glad we paid more because it paid off already and we have the peace of mind until it expires.

    I purchased this membership to price match a competitor business membership fee. The benefits for $180/month seemed worth it -- with 2 month price match guarantee,return policy, "concierge" benefits.

    The water pitcher was detrimental to my health. Black mold gathered around the rim and I removed the water pitcher from the my refrigerator. No benefit to me at all.
