    I had a new laptop motherboard go bad in 3 months and was able to get it replaced.

    I purchased this membership to price match a competitor business membership fee. The benefits for $180/month seemed worth it -- with 2 month price match guarantee,return policy, "concierge" benefits.

    Samsung 3 door refrigerator

    The water pitcher was detrimental to my health. Black mold gathered around the rim and I removed the water pitcher from the my refrigerator. No benefit to me at all.

    They have no clue between them. You call for one thing and talk about it the next day you call they have no clue what’s going on so you have to start all over again. Disappointing.

    So far I like the refrigerator but the ice machine comes out too fast sometimes so I’m not liking that but absolutely love the middle drawer for my fruits and vegetables.

    Not worth the high cost of the yearly premium. Only needed it once and was turned down when I intended to use it. Manufacturer gave me a refund but nothing from BB

    Purchase 4 large appliances added the totaltech yearly membership which supposedly covers free delivery and installation for the year because store rep at Farmers Branch, TX outlet made it sound wonderful great selling point “hassle free installing” his words the sad truth delivery arrived with an attitude rude as can be wanted leave all 4 appliances outside 1st excuse don’t fit through door I corrected him and said yes it does fit I’ve measure there’s measuring tape here if you need verify my husband volunteered take the door off to make easier access 2nd excuse cannot install refrigerator because hose is to short- excuse me sir my order includes purchase of all required parts meaning brand new hose for installation of refrigerator I printed receipt to show him proof then he attempts to install discover valve was not working my husband offer turn off and sign waiver but still refused which is okay we understand what we do not understand 3rd excuse he said I cannot install dishwasher because bad valve when he hadn’t even looked at it I said enough with excuses you haven’t looked at valve or been anywhere near dishwasher area take everything back if you cannot install I don’t want anything he slammed my dryer into ground bending both legs and said he cannot take it back because it all has been unloaded he now is trying to install the remaining appliances after I said I don’t want it stove and dryer where install but dishwasher was left in middle of the garage I called Best Buy customer service who simply said they’ll get another team to pick up when the phone representative Jessica issued refund over the phone she didn’t care for the reason either, the outlet store manager Mike apologize and I appreciate his response as he seems to be the only person with some real customers service that care for his customers

    My worst appliance experience in 50 years.

    The worst experience I have yet to encounter with any appliance in 50 years.. The door was warped on delivery in which I had cabinets modified and my door had to be repaired. On delivery, they warped the door. Not even the drlivery man would help but admitted the damagd. It requires closing even in the night. Numerous times, Best Buy promised to repair the door, set up 3 repair appointments but never showed . Six weeks later upon my personal inquiry, I learned per Best Buy "it would take too long to get a new door", just get another. Neither corporate nor the store assisted me in any form. We are in our 70's and now stuck paying for a refrigerator that was damaged on delivery.

    Do not like this fridge. Doesnt make enough ice for my household. Freezes up where ice wont come out.may just be a faulty fridge

    Asthetically nice. Great space. The ice maker is not so great. It is SLOW! We never have enough ice and have to buy ice.

    The fridge stopped cooling and was giving an error code. Best Buy was unable to repair it and referred us back to the manufacturer. We’ve been waiting…
