The refrigerator system looks nice and does it's job so far ......but getting it from Best buy OMGGGGG NEVER AGAIN THE PPL THEY SENT OUT HERE WELL THE FIRST TIME AND HOW MANAGEMENT HANDLE IT ..AM NOT GOING IN TO DETAIL BUT BASICALLY THE GUYS WHERE RUDE DISRESPECT LIARS AND LAZY AS WAS DISPATCH..SO GOOD LUCK LOST MY BUSINESS BEST BUY .

Good protection but a do miss the 3year plus plans yes they were a little more pricey but well worth it.

Great fridge so far only set back is the water dispenser leaks after filling glass you have havie something to catch the excess water wich is a few drops

I love this fridge! The door within the door is fantastic! So much more room for condiments and such

It's a protection plan! Hopefully we won't need it but it is there incase we do.

They can be helpful but I just called and the lady told me I reached the wrong department which was odd to me. Then she placed me on hold for 20 minutes before disconnecting the call. I'm pretty sure it's a work avoidance issue. While I was holding, I was able to communicate with someone over chat. After about 10 minutes with them, I was told that they couldn't schedule an appointment for me and I should try again 24 hours. So I spent 30 minutes with them and accomplished nothing.

I had a previous model for 11 years, worked well although it iced up a lot. This one has a fan that is a known issue that makes more and more noise, it is getting intolerable. Hopefully I can get it fixed through Total Tech Warranty. If the noise had gotten this bad before the 60 days were up, I would have returned it. They also changed a few things, not as well organized, but the water is better and the bottom of the refrigerator section has not iced up yet like the old one used to.

Wouldn’t get anything without it!!! Why not protect your purchase!

It doesn't help you in a lot of things. When you purchase employees say it covers ALL THINGS so you can sign. I felt rushed when they tell you the terms and conditions. Then when something happens and you take it to the Geek squad they have their hands tied.

Bought this program to get a discount on the fridge, the fridge and it up getting dented and scratched and how to get replaced. Then of course they don’t have that registry place so I had to buy different fridge, that doesn’t offer a discount with this plan. When I called the plan people there was nothing I could do for me and they’re not available 24 hours a day take care of stuff like they said would not buy again

Purchased 2 year membership. Purchased over $4,000 in appliances. Microwave stopped heating about 2 weeks shor of expiration. Best Buy would not honor membership.

We have had this refregilator for about a month, but it's started getting cooling issue that both refrege and freezer are not working. So, hundred dollars of meat were unfortunately gone bad and tossed away due to the issue. It's been soft reset, but it didn't fix the issue. It seems defective.

They delivered a used appliance and damaged doors. purchase was made in November install was not complete until January the fridge is very functional I have all samsung appliances in my home just wish the process was not so fraught.
