This service was supposed to provide takeaway of old refrigerator., but BestBuy did not order the takeaway, so the delivery people said they could not take the refrigerator away. I also purchased a water line for the refrigerator, but BestBuy sent hookup hose for a washing machine. Delivery people used old water line. I was still charged for water line.

It’s great but the installation from the third party wasn’t the best.

I thought I was covered for 2 year but nooo you have to repurchase every year to get 2 year coverage.

Samsung should get out of the refrigerator business. Worst Ice maker ever! Leaks water out the back front and bottom. Best Buy who I have bought everything from used to warranty everything not so much anymore...

Second Refrigerator where Best Buy Total Tech Plan can't help me or not within a reasonable time - 14 days on a refrigerator repair? I have escalated to manager. Will see if they have any ability to adjust to something reasonable.

Terrible logistics and installation service provided by Bestbuy. Never correct on any timeline provided. The installation team is super unprofessional and gave you a lot of hiccups during the process.

Bought this bc we were told that we could get bestbuy to install our appliances if we got this and we’ll here we are dishwasher stove refrigerator microwave still not installed

It was supposed to show up on december 7, they pushed it back to February 3rd even though it’s sitting in the store. They told us they were escalating it and should hear something within 24 hours. That was a week ago….

Did not last. I do not recommend. I bought another Fridge in about 3 years. Very stressful

The delivery guys scratch and broke one of my panel inside the fridge thank god everything is working

the flex zone stopped working within 10 months of purchase, the ice maker needs to be improved in design, ice falls of after we use. other wise its ok

Every year I renew the Best Buy protection plan product. It has saved me so much money in protecting the products I buy from Best Buy.

I haven’t had to use it yet, but will be useful if ever needed.

The insurance worked well but it’s better to also include the warranty with the company to provide extra services and supports. This can include extending the warranty and insurance.

Highly recommend becoming a Best Buy total member! It has saved me money and time!

We love it, spacious and perfect. Easy to use, keeps the food cool and the ice maker doesn't melt the ice.
