    I wish there was a zero star rating. I bought the Frigidaire refrigerator, and I must say they FAILED miserably in all aspects: product reliability, warranty, customer service, supply chain. It was a nightmare, every step of the way. I could not believe this can happen in the US in 2025! I bought this fridge and after six months it stopped working. Just died! Although I had NO working fridge, the service tech was scheduled for a date TWO weeks later. No emergency service for a new fridge that just died! Tech comes two weeks later, and cannot fix it! he says it needs a new compressor, and it takes two weeks to order it !!! A week later I get a text, that the part is out of stock, and the repair is delayed indefinitely (By now I am a MONTH without a fridge)- I am asking customer service to provide me loaner, or get me a new fridge, but they refuse, and actually are pretty hostile, that I keep bothering them. 3-4 weeks later I got the parts by mail, and tech Number 2 comes out - He was able to turn on the fridge for a few minutes, and claims there is no problem! no repair needed, and leaves, without verifying why the previous tech ordered a new compressor?! When I get back home later, the fridge is still DEAD!!!- By now I am TWO months without a fridge!!!! Asking again customer service to replace the fridge- Getting the same apathic answer- no replacement fridge- They have to send out a 3rd tech, to determine if the fridge is fixable!!!- By the way, they will NOT transfer you to a supervisor or manager, as per Corporate policy!!! After THREE months, of being without a fridge, I gave up and bought a new LG fridge! NEVER AGAIN FRIGIDAIRE.

    Same as usual. Excellent makes sure you buy this it helped me when my fridge broke down sometimes.

    6 WEEKS FOR AN ICE MAKER REPLACEMENT!!!

    I ordered all new appliances for my kitchen & my refrigerator ice maker motor died after 6 months. I call for my Best Buy Protection call & after 2 weeks the repairman came out with the wrong part. He said he would order a new one & be back inn 3 days, no call no show. I got an message that said my new service appt was scheduled for 3 weeks from now. On my 6th call I learned that my part wasn't even ordered, after being repeatedly told it wasn't in yet. I should have just ordered from LG & gotten their service plan!!

    This Fridge is 2.5 years old and out of warranty. Its leaking from the door, has an issue with the door flapper and air damper to the tune of $1,000. The fridge should be lasting much longer.
