Really sleek and nicely designed. Very spacious and the beverage center is very convenient with the jug. 2 ice options also a plus. It’s the feature of our kitchen, always get the best reactions when it comes to the refrigerator. The pocket door handles are a plus so the fridge doesnt become a kids playground.

Best value item I got from best buy it was on sale I bought and I definitely got a deal and a half on it.

After dealing with a Samsung issue for a couple years, we decided there are no reliable refrigerators anymore. Everyone can have issues by buyers. We went with the one that we like the features and price on and decided to get this plan. We really liked the bonus that anything we bought after that in the same year was automatically covered under the same plan, no additional cost.

I finally got my LG fridge installed per my husband and friend as finding any help is difficult. No plumber to run the water lines. Hubby/friend did this! No one was sent from Best Buy (Worst Buy) to install after UNBELIEVABLE time spent on line and on the phone to get LIES-LIES-LIES!! The refrigerator was in my garage for 12 months due to a build/reno and I had guys working for BB talking to me while lying in the sun on the CA beach. Another talking to me from their home while eating and playing with a dog - "you know - girl!" Over charging my $4500 dollars that took an instore employee to correct after 5 or more months. I bought a Total Tech for free install for the past 2 years and got charged for 3 memberships in those 2 years. Yup, you guessed it NO INSTALL per Best Buy!!!!!!! Ok - now the fridge is hooked up by hubby - looks nice - seems fine; but gave the 3 stars in hopes that someone from BB or LG will read the review and come to their business senses and look into their on-line/phone help. NO way to get in touch with local store. Two of the foreign assistants and 1 seemingly American had no idea where ND was and 1 "Romero" scheduled an installation person to arrive "next week" from Louisville, Kentucky! ND stands for North Dakota - btw! Yes, we have indoor plumbing and we are up by Canada. HMMM! LG fridge probably could have gotten 5 stars - but they need to be aware of this incompetent company that sells their product. I have had good luck with local help at local store over 1 hour drive - IF one of 3 guys is there - otherwise lost cause there as well!

My whole family really love this fridge, and the added protection gives us added peace of mind. It looks great in my kitchen. We enjoy the filtered water and the cubed and crushed ice dispenser in the door. I recommend it highly.

I like the product. I like the way, or just said the bottom freezer does not close. I have to push it hard to close

I bought protection, but it does not cover the plastic parts. I called for a replacement and they are timely and responsive.

I don't know anybody that would not like to know that they have some peace of mind that their appliances protected for the first couple of years and being back by Best Buy makes it even better
