Great refrigerator keeps thinks really cold. As well as great quality.

I'm a Best Buy TOTAL TECH member and wouldn't pass a year without it. I've already used the service for another device. It's a comfort & convenience to receive my service from one reliable company and not have to search for multiple service providers for different things in my home.

Didn’t know I needed it til I bought it. Purchased with dishwasher not realizing the money I would save not having to buy separate warranties for everything else I bought from Best Buy later on.. refrigerator, hard drives, computers. Great idea on Best Buy’s part.

We are. Wry pleased with the refrigerator. We love how it looks in our kitchen, we are please with our purchase. The motor is quiet and we like the third drawer for the freezer for organization. Delivery went smooth.

I will say that the BestBuy TotalTech membership is a must have. A lot of benefits that includes - free installation, free hauling and default 24 months protection on any device and appliance that you purchase at BestBuy.

Bought a whole set of kitchen appliances. This came as part of the Total Tech Membership. Excellent value especially when buying expensive, or multiple items. Delivery and install is included as well.

We love our new refrigerator! It's as beautiful as it is functional. The finish is absolutely gorgeous. The extra drawer makes it so convenient to store items for easy grab and go. And the best part is that children can access items easily as well.

I love my new fridge and we don’t even have the water hooked up yet. The shelving took a little getting used to (milk in the door), but I couldn’t be happier.

Refrigerator is as per the specifications described and the display is very cool. Large space in the cabinets fits every thing.

Like today's newer technology, I would be foolish not to purchase this if something ever went wrong. I call it peace of mind.

OMG I love this refrigerator. It is awesome. the icemaker is fantastic and the water is crystal clear and taste better. It limits my buying bottled water. I just need to buy one more tray for the fridge.

The protection gives peace of mind if something should happen to our new purchase. I would highly recommend purchasing the protection just for the peace of mind IF you should have something happen.

I think the protection plan definitely makes sense with large appliance purchases. We have already had to do a couple immediate service items and they are quick and efficient.
