The Best Protection Plan has many great features like total labor and parts that are covered. After the manufacturer's first year coverage this takes over. That makes me feel comfortable. For $199 it covers everything I buy at Best Buy like all of my appliances, TV and phone. A Good Buy

Excellent service from Best Buy and an excellent product

Bought a whole set of kitchen appliances. This came as part of the Total Tech Membership. Excellent value especially when buying expensive, or multiple items. Delivery and install is included as well.

We are. Wry pleased with the refrigerator. We love how it looks in our kitchen, we are please with our purchase. The motor is quiet and we like the third drawer for the freezer for organization. Delivery went smooth.

I love my new fridge and we don’t even have the water hooked up yet. The shelving took a little getting used to (milk in the door), but I couldn’t be happier.

Love new refrigerator! It has lots of space. I like that water dispenser displays how many ounces I get.

Didn’t know I needed it til I bought it. Purchased with dishwasher not realizing the money I would save not having to buy separate warranties for everything else I bought from Best Buy later on.. refrigerator, hard drives, computers. Great idea on Best Buy’s part.

Veggie drawers broke just a few months in. Bad design, Tiny plastic wheels, not replaceable, I would need to buy two separate drawers NOT covered under the best but protection I purchased!

OMG I love this refrigerator. It is awesome. the icemaker is fantastic and the water is crystal clear and taste better. It limits my buying bottled water. I just need to buy one more tray for the fridge.
