The protection gives peace of mind if something should happen to our new purchase. I would highly recommend purchasing the protection just for the peace of mind IF you should have something happen.

I think the protection plan definitely makes sense with large appliance purchases. We have already had to do a couple immediate service items and they are quick and efficient.

We love our new refrigerator! It's as beautiful as it is functional. The finish is absolutely gorgeous. The extra drawer makes it so convenient to store items for easy grab and go. And the best part is that children can access items easily as well.

Beautiful. Very spacious. Cons: make sure and push doors close, they sometimes do not close all the way. In hindsight if you dont always go in and out of the refrigerator other than milk and drinks spend the extra and get the one with the beverage center . Thats my only regret

It is worth it to get the best buy total tech membership if you shop there allot. There coverage is actually pretty good for what you pay in the year!

The total tech support given by the Best Buy Geek Squad is one of the best products we have purchased from Best Buy over the years. Great customer service in a timely fashion and has saved us out of pocket expense on more than one occasion.

Glad I had it, but turned out that I did not need it, the manufacturer refunded our money because they could not get an issue corrected on the fridge

This service is good bit it only kicks in after your factory warranty expires and its a real jassel to get in touch with the factory warranty people.

Great refrigerator. Really like the two ice makers so I never run out. Only suggestion would be to half the deli drawer so you don't have to open both refrigerator doors to access it. Minor inconvenience but would still buy it again.
