Had some problems with ice maker which stopped working a few months after we bought Whirlpool took care of the problem but they took a lot longer then they should have. 2nd technician discovered the problem right away

I’m impressed with this refrigerator The only problem we have is the alarms go off to soon We’ll be trying to get out things for a meal and then the alarms go off

Other than some loud freezer defrost noise and it dethawing the freezer too much one time, its been pretty reliable for about 18 months. It was open box, so I'm a little nervous how long it'll really last. Love the back light!

We have really like the this plan getting installs for free from people that know what they are doing is awesome.

We bought a great refrigerator and within a month it started acting up. They sent a technician, and immediately said we would be getting the unit replaced in total at no additional cost.

We love our new Bosch. Our Samsung was horrible and kept leaking or breaking. The Bosch is deeper and most importantly doesn’t leak.

When purchasing the plan it is not made clear that it is a yearly cost. It is not disclosed that their $100.00 repair fee to come and repair a default in the refrigerator. When I had them come out 13 months after purchase they pulled out the automatic ice maker trays and it was shattered. I don't feel that was my fault I feel it was made wrong or built wrong and yet aside from the yearly fee I also paid $100 for that repair.

I renewed my protection plan again after two years, this is well worth it and has benefited covering my purchases. Like this LG Refridge

good to have Best buy been pretty good at taking care of things. Plus it saves you alot of money in installations.

We bought washer, dryer, stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher bought total protection plan and when I purchased 2 TV and a clock about a month later they were added as well! Feel like we are protected.

Best Value. We had a problem with the new refrigerator and within the 60 days and they replaced it with another new refrigerator. Fast and efficient. Worth the protection.

Havent had to use this, but always great to have when purchasing an expensive appliance that should last for many years.
