Got it for my mom because she thought it was like her old one but with different handles. It’s not as deep as her last one.

Buy total tech Great service provided by total tech. Absolutely loved it and it’s worth purchasing honestly. No hold times for calling total tech as well but definitely worth it.

Once I had my fridge installed - we noticed the first night that the led lights did not work in the freezer area. I tried to call my local Best Buy, but was sent to a central desk that was off shored, and they did not understand my request for a repair of the lights. I tried to call back in after this, and was told they can only message the Best Buy store, and I would have to wait for a call back. A salesman called me back 2 hours later (I was impressed it was that fast) and told me I should just ask for a full replacement. I felt this was extreme for lights not working, so asked to keep a repair date - 10 days AFTER I had the fridge installed. I get that I live 50+ miles from the Best buy, but really? 10+ days for repair? Then 4 days before the manager called me to understand what I was having done, he finally listened to what was wrong, and said he felt the salesman was correct - as the newer appliances are all electronics, and should be just swapped out, though he said he would double check with their repair men. He called me back the next evening (This was the Sunday night of black Friday, again I was impressed), and said that both repair men felt the same way just do the swap, they would then take my unit back and see if they could fix it, plus if they could they would put it on the floor to be sold as refurbished. I felt better they were not just throwing it out. He then said total tech would get back to me as soon as that evening, or Monday at the latest. I waited till Monday to once again to reach out to him, and he then said he would push them to get moving. So though all of this back and forth, not his fault for sure, but the new replacement fridge would not be available for 2 weeks, - so it is still 3 weeks out for a replacement, now the lights not working on the fridge are not a big issue so I am ok waiting, but the thing that goes through my head on this is, what if it did not cool properly? That would be a long time to wait for a defective fridge. My person that called me back from Total tech was excellent, and professional, and worked with me to get a date. However, I explained to them, that this could have been avoided if the original total tech off shore person would have explained my full options to me. It was obvious the off shore person just wanted to get me off of the call, probably for avg call times. They also were not rude, but were obviously reading off of a script they did not deviate from. Because of this, I feel they were stuck with limited abilities on what to do...

We love our new Samsung Bespoke refrigerator! The in the door water pitcher automatically refills and the dual ice cube options make it great for filling water bottles.

Always glad to have a protection plan on if you purchase. Makes it worth it free for a good amount of time. You can enjoy it without fear of something going wrong.

When purchasing the plan it is not made clear that it is a yearly cost. It is not disclosed that their $100.00 repair fee to come and repair a default in the refrigerator. When I had them come out 13 months after purchase they pulled out the automatic ice maker trays and it was shattered. I don't feel that was my fault I feel it was made wrong or built wrong and yet aside from the yearly fee I also paid $100 for that repair.

I never used LG electronics before. This fridgerator changed my perspective. I will always use LG's from now on. I Love It!!!

Terrific side by side with lower drawer freezer is perfect for our use. We like the layout and the flexibility of the cabinetry. So far it has been an excellent owner experience.

My ice maker kept freezing up. Best buy replaced the refrigerator without any additional cost.

Love it but blows through water filters too quick and are not cheap

We live this Samsung Bespoke fridge!! Looks awesome in our kitchen, matches the walls paint, cools very well so so far no issues.

After a disaster with our LG refrigerator, this one seems to be holding up well.
