Freezer freeze fast. Make a little buzzing noise randomly

Do not like the water dispenser system. I had limited options because I need counter depth. All in all, not too bad, but flimsy material inside, not very durable.

We bought this refrigerator as an exchange product. The previous refrigerator that this refrigerator replaced was a much better and bigger product. This refrigerator is ok

I love LG products. I've always favored this brand, however, ive had the worse trouble with this refrigerator. From the start, we couldnt get it to freeze and make ice. I went to our local store and was told its best to watch a youtube video to correct it. It worked! But now the mid-drawer is freezing everything. When we lower the temp, the fridge isnt cold enough and food spoils. We just purchased this in July of 2023.

Developed a leak around the filter 2 times first time was fixed under warranty a yet after purchase then another leak. Soon after. Recommended to shut water off prior to changing the water filter. This is not practical.

The coverage will be great for 2 years. After that I was quoted $50/month! That's really high to me. ??

Does not keep food inside the refrigerator for long before the food goes bad. Not cool enough inside of the refrigerator. Unable to open either of the double doors and get ice.

We have had this dishwasher less than a year and it has already stopped working twice. It is not an electrical issue. Also, almost no storage space on left door.

Love the fridge, had issues within 1st year, bestbuy sent out tech 3x, very friendly and patient, had to replace fridge eventually.

Th ice make like most ice makers in the door, freezes up. Other that that so far so good

Had to return the first two for door quality issues. Uneven doors even after leveling. The third one's compressor died after only 10 months. Whirlpool warranty support was awful. The company that they contracted to repair it rescheduled three time. Customer service was useless. We were without a refrigerator for almost two months. The water dispenser has low flow and is not the filter. Door seals arent great either.

If I had this refrigerator before I had a Samsung then I might now be bothered by anything. The shelves have to be moved too far up to clear a large bottle of dressing making less room on the top 2 shelves. The shelves are also shorter front to back because of the bins on the door being so big. The ice maker is VERY loud when getting ice. The tray inside of the freezer is extremely hard to push in.

Was needed and service was timely and accurate. Confused about extension purchase of protection plan.

Handsome appearance inside & out. Had a problem with the door flap…once the flap went back had to manual put it in place. The flap was replaced but continue to have the same issue

No real opinion on this item yet. Hopefully do not have to use it.

This brings piece of mind but at the currently price point i will not be renewing

Purchased due to the lack of inventory in the area. Love the double freezer basket. Dislike no light in water/ice dispenser. It’s a nice design

Best Buy's protection plan is worthless. It took over a week for them to get a technician out for our broken refrigerator and we had to pay a service fee for them to come out. The technician was not knowledgeable or experienced, they spent the whole time here on the phone with someone else trying to describe was they were seeing. They ended up telling us it was a compressor issue and not a fan like we originally thought or as was indicated by the error code being displayed. They said they couldn't do anything to fix it and that we would have to instead contact the manufacturer. We did that immediately and it took another week for them to send someone out only to tell us within a few minutes that the compressor was fine and that the issue was in fact the fan. So the Best Buy technician should have been able to fix it after all. Instead we are going on 3 weeks without a working refrigerator. Don't waste your money or time with Best Buy.

Frig is fine, they did not bring the proper hook ups for the water and left and basically told us good luck....

ARRIVED DAMAGED AND DELIVERY GUY SAID NOTHING. BEST BUY COULD AT LEAST TAKE OWNERSHIP OF PROBLEM OR AT LEAST THE DELIVERY PEOPLE. BUT OH WELL. BEFORE THE DELIVERY PEOPLE LEAVE HAVE YOUR ITEM INSPECTED FROM TOP TO BOTTOM AND TAKE PICTURES.
