Th ice make like most ice makers in the door, freezes up. Other that that so far so good

Had to return the first two for door quality issues. Uneven doors even after leveling. The third one's compressor died after only 10 months. Whirlpool warranty support was awful. The company that they contracted to repair it rescheduled three time. Customer service was useless. We were without a refrigerator for almost two months. The water dispenser has low flow and is not the filter. Door seals arent great either.

If I had this refrigerator before I had a Samsung then I might now be bothered by anything. The shelves have to be moved too far up to clear a large bottle of dressing making less room on the top 2 shelves. The shelves are also shorter front to back because of the bins on the door being so big. The ice maker is VERY loud when getting ice. The tray inside of the freezer is extremely hard to push in.

Was needed and service was timely and accurate. Confused about extension purchase of protection plan.

No real opinion on this item yet. Hopefully do not have to use it.

Handsome appearance inside & out. Had a problem with the door flap…once the flap went back had to manual put it in place. The flap was replaced but continue to have the same issue

This brings piece of mind but at the currently price point i will not be renewing

Best Buy's protection plan is worthless. It took over a week for them to get a technician out for our broken refrigerator and we had to pay a service fee for them to come out. The technician was not knowledgeable or experienced, they spent the whole time here on the phone with someone else trying to describe was they were seeing. They ended up telling us it was a compressor issue and not a fan like we originally thought or as was indicated by the error code being displayed. They said they couldn't do anything to fix it and that we would have to instead contact the manufacturer. We did that immediately and it took another week for them to send someone out only to tell us within a few minutes that the compressor was fine and that the issue was in fact the fan. So the Best Buy technician should have been able to fix it after all. Instead we are going on 3 weeks without a working refrigerator. Don't waste your money or time with Best Buy.

Purchased due to the lack of inventory in the area. Love the double freezer basket. Dislike no light in water/ice dispenser. It’s a nice design

ARRIVED DAMAGED AND DELIVERY GUY SAID NOTHING. BEST BUY COULD AT LEAST TAKE OWNERSHIP OF PROBLEM OR AT LEAST THE DELIVERY PEOPLE. BUT OH WELL. BEFORE THE DELIVERY PEOPLE LEAVE HAVE YOUR ITEM INSPECTED FROM TOP TO BOTTOM AND TAKE PICTURES.

Frig is fine, they did not bring the proper hook ups for the water and left and basically told us good luck....

1. The shelves on the right side are 2 narrow. 2. The ice machine needs unjamming frequently.

So very satisfied with this refrigerator. I am glad I didn’t buy one of those sparkly Samsungs that don’t seem to be standing the test of time. This one is amazing quality wise and has all the right features I needed

We had a problem with refrigerator right after purchase. We were told we had to work with manufacturer who blamed best buy for installing water line wrong.

Love the water dispenser and everything is easy to clean. Swapping the water filter is a little tricky cause its so far back but you have to do that every 3 months

This refrigerator was broken exactly one year after purchase. The refrigerator began to live its own life and change the temperature every half hour. You have to wait two or three weeks for service. All the food is spoiled.

Icemaker is always clogged even if I use it every day

Large amount of storage, love the middle drawer. Able to put most of my husband cooking ingredients in one place for better ease of him finding it
