Definitely would not recommend , they keep canceling appointments

The refrigerator works fine except the water dispenser on front tends to leak a bit. The bottom drawer inside cannot be accessed without opening both refrigerator drawers, because it is a large drawer wall-to-wall.

What protection? You cancelled the total tech program and it’s now just some discount program called total. But you were not honest with your customers. I spent $5000 this summer and was never told total tech was ending. I want everything returned. I can bundle anywhere. Class action suit!!!

Thought I had a 2 year warranty when i bought the Best Buy Total membership (179.99) but when i called to have the craft ice machine repaired they said i had to pay another $99 plus tax to have a technician come out. I should have known it was a scam. The agents altough polite were not helpful at all.

Great recommendation especially with an expensive purchase. Just keep you at peace incase something faulty ends up happening

Not recommended. The first year won’t be covered since you’ll have the manufacturer’s warranty. The second year requires the Best Buy membership at $180 and an additional $99 per service requests.

Purchased Total Tech but haven't had to use it yet. Happy that all items bought at Best Buy will be covered.

Have an issue with the freezer delivered on 07/01 and BestBuy hasn’t been unable to replace the item for over a month. The last of the many failed attempts they send the wrong crew with the new freezer and they took it back because they were not authorized to touch the semi-installed item. To make matters worst BestBuy cancelled the warranty, so the item in our house is been covered. So far a horrible experience that is still ongoing.

Hopefully, we won’t have to use but a very nice feature to have just in case… Comforting to have .

Don’t be cheap. If you are going to spend a lot, the pay a little extra for the protection

We ended up with a lemon unit and had to send it back! The fridge portion would NOT cool down below 40 degrees. The freezer worked great. It took the ice maker days before it would make ice. It was a very noisy unit. We were stuck with it for almost 2 weeks while awaiting a replacement (selected a different LG fridge). I would NOT recommend this unit.

The refrigerator had a recall and it was sold to us anyway we weren’t told about the recall so when the icemaker decided to stop working, we called them they came out. They fixed it. They broke again. They came out. They tried to fix it. It still didn’t work and we ended up having to get our money back.

Painless process to get refund for a guaranteed price match refund.

Had to call three times and argue with person that the LG Frig was broken. Continuelly telling me to take all items out of refrig and thaw out. NOT the problem. Motor bearing was trashed and they told me I was not covered. Apparently after discussion they found I was still under warranty. Tired of fighting with customer service and best buy. NO MORE PURCHASES at this store or with LG.
