The first refrigerator came with huge dents in the front. We were offered a discount (refund) and refused. We purchased a new refrigerator and want a new one. Only the parts were delivered and replaced by Best Buy drivers/technicians. The refrigerator came with plastic covering it, and it is in all of the cracks of the appliance. It's very difficult to remove. Last note: This new refrigerator did not come with 'soft close' doors, which is annoying and disappointing. We do not use the 'smart features' yet, due to the lack of privacy and possible attempts to hack into that feature. Overall, I do not recommend buying this from Best Buy.
