Have mixed feedback, it all depends on the guys coming for delivery or installation , each one acts their own way. Some are great but some are worst, very rude

Refrigerator looks nice. Not as much room as you would think it has. Filters do not seem to last very long

Looks great and performs well however, freezer unit stopped working 13 months in. Luckily we have total tech but not coverage for everything we will have to throw away.

I wanted to love this product, it is a beautiful refrigerator, but bottom line is it’s a horrible product. Only had it for four months and it completely broke down on us. We called best buy to have it fixed, but since it’s still under manufacture warranty we had to do a clam through kitchen aid/whirlpool. The only thing worse than this product is the customer service at whirlpool. Sat on hold for hours with them, then they told me that they couldn’t get a technician out to me for over a week. Technician showed up and basically told me he’d have to order a part that would take anywhere from three days to another week or two to get. So basically we’ll be without a fridge for a couple weeks. Had to go buy and extra fridge to put in our garage for the time being. Whirlpool does not compensate for any of this, or any loss of spoiled food.

I absolutely love my refrigerator how er the shelves are awkward if you have gallons or wine there’s not much space

Old fridge went out way too quickly, everyone recommended Kitchenaid. It came quickly and was installed easily with Best Buy’s service. Fridge is stunning and has so much room and storage. The drawers are sturdy, the shelves can be removed for easy cleaning or height adjustments, and the drawer with options for temperature control is perfect.

We have had numerous problems with this. Only had it a little over a year. The LG repair people might have installed a used part. One drawer liner was cracked after a minth or so. Now our craft ice maker is broken. It’s definitely a lemon. It was the most expensive model they sell.

I am done with all Thermador products, Customer Service is not helpful. I purchased Steam Oven (10K) have had less than 1 year and broken 2 out of 11 months. I purchased this refrigerator. Delivered without icemaker and water working. Waited 6+ months for delivery, now waiting 6 weeks for replacement. I called Thermador about the steam oven and they said nothing they could do about oven, and would not replace as it was not in their policy. Had Viking before and will never again by Thermador

Refrigerator was damaged upon delivery, refrigerator legs were broken which scratched my wood floor. Refrigerator was dented by careless delivery guy. Broken latches to water hose and so on.this happen September 2022 by the delivery company. I’ve tried 8 times! To have my refrigerator exchange they continue to send the same delivery company to do the exchange. They refuse to deliver the refrigerator because I won’t drop my Sedgwick claim. This is a total joke! You’ve messed up my floor and my refrigerator. This has been the worst headache ever! I’ve called a numerous amount of times to Total tech and no one can help! Every time I call they send the same company, the times other company have been sent they refuse to do the exchange in fear of messing up my floor more.

This is by far the worst appliance I have ever bought. It will keep things in your fridge and freezer at temp. However, if you are excited about the ice maker… look somewhere else. This product constantly has an error code. The ice melts out all over the floor because the ice maker itself does not stay cold enough when it actually does make ice. We have tried every online solution to no avail. Unplugging for several minutes and plugging back in sometimes works for a cycle…. Or maybe even a week, after that, water is all over the floor or an error code spits out and no ice is made at all.

fan went out in freezer within six months of use, I wouldn’t recommend this. Nice features spacious the door light allows you to look inside to check for items in the door the plastic on the backside of the door, cracks and broke quickly. How’s it got caught in the door when door got swung shut by kids.

I’m not really sure what it’s worth at this point After going through a dispute with my delivery and set up, that never happened. I don’t know how good their warranty is going to be. I also had ordered a TV from them three months ago and it never came. Apparently their driver stole it I had to go in and buy my own pick it up and deliver it to myself at my house. Very fristete

Trying to get help to get this fixed has been a nightmare after numerous in numerous calls and promises of getting calls back I finally get a call back in a they agreed to replace refrigerator all together only to get another one with other issues

Can't remove fingerprints. I've tried baking soda with vinegar, rubbing alcohol, soap and water, but nothing worked for me. Freezer stopped working after 22 months.

You still have to pay the fees to get the Geek Squad to fix. I brought my iPod to them and they told me to bring to Apple Store. No point to pay to become member.

Great! The only thing that was difficult was getting the tape off of the drawers.
