Unsure how to use it. Never have used it. If we didn’t have such a bad experience with another brand also bought at Best Buy, we likely would not have purchased this.

Love the refrigerator space and the fourth drawer! Have been having problems with the top freezer drawer staying on the track; lost lots of food despite GE tech coming out.

We bought this almost two years ago and it was working all along fine except from last week it started making some constant vibrating noise. Even though it is covered by the two-year protection plan Best Buy still charges $99 for them to come and look at the appliance under service fee which is somewhat high/ridiculous. They should waive it within the first two years, in my opinion.

Made a mistake and bought this refrigerator from Samsung. Do not buy this refrigerator. Compressor started making a loud noise in week 2. Asked for replacement and Samsung stated they would fix a $4000-dollar refrigerator in first month of owning it. They would not replace and wanted to do a very expensive repair after only owning the refrigerator for two weeks.
