The protection plan is a great option for long term coverage.

Its a washer. Gets the job done. It takes a very long time tho.

The dryer is excellent the washer did not work, product was broken.

Worked poorly almost immediately, multiple service calls but eventually had to junk it out and exchange it. Not sure if this was just a bad batch, but I wouldn't risk it.

If I could give a zero I would. Total Tech is not great so don't waste your money. In order for you to get the best customer service experience,you have to chat with them online otherwise the people you talk to (specifically Anthony and Colby) are extremely rude. Their Total tech for appliances are not well equipped. I bought a washer and dryer 3 months ago and neither are working properly. Total tech was scheduled to come out and they had me waste 2 days and did not show to fix the problem. So I have a washer and dryer that does not work because it was not installed correctly. Lastly when you ask to speak to upper management or corporate they tell you that they can not put that request into their system and don't have the ability to do so. So nothing has been resolved (I can't keep taking off from work) and I have a washer and dryer that doesn't work.

If are looking for an amazing deal on a product. Best buy is the place to go.. and if you purchase total tech you never have to worry about how to fix your products if they break down

I bought the BEST BUY brand washer Insignia. Esthetically it looks great. However, the way it loads clothes was weird. When hot water would come out it would shake my pipes really hard. Also, the delicate and hand wash cycle is supposed to be cold water only (per button light), however, hot water would come out. My connection hookups were correct. I returned it and got a Whirlpool Instead.

Another great items I brought from my best store wife’s loving them no problems and I like that it was delivered and set up exactly where she wanted it .

The protection plan saved me huge for paying a lot of money for someone to fix my dryer. They had it back working in no time.

Not happy with this product. It will only work on quick wash. If we try any other setting it stops working and gives us a FULL message. Had repairman come. He replaced the compressor. That wasn't the issue. The same problem still exists. I paid way too much for the bells and whistles considering i can't even get the basics to work.

This dryer had issues with the heating element inside because they were left in stock collecting dust which caught fire after installation. 3 times... it was resolved but was a major headache for 3 months. The combo over all is fine. Doesn’t wash fantastic and likewise for drying.

I feel like their intention is good, but there isn't much of a point in having this warranty if there isn't anybody to come out and look at it

I haven’t had to use it yet…but love the piece of mind.

Sumsung waher developed mold on the inside on the spinning barrel even if you did the self clean 1once a month Would not recommend purchasing a samsung washer

See how your system not working good with us....it messed up with us. You must even consider our time and effort to settle your mess with us. Me and my husband need to be off from work just to have someone at home on your given schedule..but no show up at all...You are not committing to your promises.
