Awful experience

Too slow

Broke down with only 24 months of use...

Metal sheeting is flimsy. Power switch quit working 24 months after purchase with washer locked shut. Best Buy Protection, that we paid $179.99 for, only gives a 20% discount on a $120 service call. Washer not worth the noise and hassle. Best Buy protection plan also, not worth it.
