excellent washer and dryer! Couldn't be happier. My clothes are much cleaner than my old Maytag!

So far my girlfriend and I really like them. The space in them is really large. I can fit the sheets, pillow cases, and the duvet cover in with a small blanket. I came from an LG front loader before which is my preference but for the value of the price this set is really great. Samsungs tend to be taller but I am 5 ft and I manage.

Nice budget items for rental unit. Very happy with the washer and the dryer. It was amazingly less expensive to buy the units as individual items and not at the "set" proce. I saved $50 but not getting the set.

Protection plans are a must and are part of my Total membership. Worth every penny.

Best washer and dryer I have ever had. It is awesome when you can see you clothes washing with the clear lid. Dryer is so easy to use and I love the wrinkle free option.

So far I’ve had to call to have my appliances fixed! They arrived on time and actually checked in with me before my appointment. Everything‘s working well now and they let me know if I have any questions or concerns to give a call. I would not have ever got this done if I did not have the service in place!

I bought a washer and dryer combo with a protection plan. I don't like the washer or dryer. Both of them are loud. I hope that they break so I can replace them under this plan.

great for protecting my products that can be swapped out in store; be wary of anything involving repair coming to your home as 1-800-geeksquad doesnt want to do their job and send anyone out and will tell you to go to the store when they're unable to schedule repairs in store

So far this product has beheld up well. Bought as a gift for my mother and she is very happy. When they delivered the product, they took the time to show her some of the features. She is satisfied!

I always spend the extra money for the protection plans on higher ticket items. I haven't yet had to use the protection plan for anything, but it's great peace of mind knowing that it's there if needed.

Have not had to use the warranty yet but it gives me peace of mind having it for all of my Best Buy purchases

This was a replacement washer for my son. It works great, doesn't take up as much space as the old one. Delivery service was professional and setup time was quick.

A 2 year protection plan that comes with the product. Always nice to have!
