We thought it was a good idea as it increases the on-site visits on the warranty. Everything breaks these days and the warranty seemed reasonable.

Seems like I’ve been washing incorrectly my whole life. App lets you Know when it’s done. Load the clothes, put on setting and walk away. If you have other Samsung appliances it will alert you on those devices when it’s finish

I have the matching washer and dryer. They both work great! I though having wifi on these appliances was a bit silly at first but it is actually nice to know when my clothes are done if i cant here the chime.

This Monthly Best Buy Protection for up to 24 mos. is a great value

Family of three - two adults and a toddler, on the second machine in less than a year. The first one had a faulty drum after approximately three weeks, the second is 11 months old and will no longer spin and BB sent a service tech out who they said the shocks are bad they want us to let the washer fill up with water, then put the clothes in, but only on one side. That’s ridiculous. Save your money and buy a different brand.

Monthly Best Buy Protection program is such a value add and well worth the cost.

Excellent Washer and Dryer pair. Love the deep tub and the automatic water fill based on the quantity of clothes. It is very efficient as is the dryer. I do like the variety of settings. Best Buy quality appliances!

Found an AWESOME open box deal on this dryer and washer combo. The cherry on top was the ease of scheduling delivery, install and haul away of old unit. Made my life easy!

I love the 24 month interest free payment plan. It helps those of us that are on a very tight budget.

Completely satisfied on the washer & dryer performance. Want to purchase the pedestals to ease the loading/unloading, but @ $260/each, I don't think so. Have other Samsung appliances, so I plan to keep buying as long as their quality keeps leading the market.

It is always very reassuring to be able to rely on Best Buy protection. I have been a member of the Geek Squad for about a decade and can attest to the efficacy of that protection. Of course, I hope it is not needed but having the protection on hand is always reassuring.

Bought for my mother-in-law and is a great size for her and washes blankets well for queen size bed

Why does it have to be 50 characters? Can we not just simply state that is is a Great Product for the $$$ and that we would recommend if that is the budget someone is working with?

Monthly protection plan is the essential way to go. It provides comfort in knowing your product is protected. It ease my mind knowing my products are covered.
