The Monthly Best Buy Protection plan seems like a smart choice, especially for expensive electronics. I like that it offers up to 24 months of coverage and can be canceled anytime. It gives me peace of mind knowing I’m covered for repairs or replacements if something goes wrong. Haven’t had to use it yet, but it’s good to know the option is there. Feels like a worthwhile investment for long-term protection.

Having the peace of mind of 24 month protection is the best. I know that if I have any issues Best Buy will assist me. I have had to deal with returns in the past and it was a pleasant and seamless experience.

Washer has good functions washes good great value large loads

After 8 years our washer decided to finally break down. Rather than spend money on repairs, my wife wanted a new washer but she had to hsve a set. This way she had a matching set. Look a various places and found our set at best buy. Salesman was helpful and quick. Delivery was next day as promised. Will definitely buy next appliance at best buy.

Peace of mind that pays for itself. Upon delivery there was an issue of a washer and/or the electrical outlet. Found out after electrician visit it was the unit. Made a request and next day got a replacement without question.

Techs were rude and short in communicating. If you ask questions dont expect easy answers. Great that most things are covered. They do not have specialists that install. The shippers do it and they are not experienced. Long wait time to be seen by geek squad.

Best Buys warrenty is great they say what they meand and back it up with action. They have alway come thru uand repaired or replaced/reimburesd me. Cant Beat a plan that works.

Really happy with the washer and dryer I picked out and happy with how the staff came to install it. The app on the phone is really nice and it’s connected to my tv so I can get notifications when a washer it dryer is done.

LOVE my new washer and dryer! Got them in January and they have worked like a charm for the last 5 months in a home with a lot of laundry. They both have great capacity, even for my king size duvet with NO problem. Im very happy with my purchase!

Have had this set for 2 months now and is reliable and dries well. Noise levels are moderate and have had no issues so far. Would recommend this set for the price point!

Purchased total tech protection at the advice of salesperson when purchasing washer and dryer. Initially thought he might be up selling for more profit. When he pointed out the advantages it made sense, as you save on installation, removal of old washer dryer and added warranty. What I did not realize when I purchased that I also received extended period of price guarantee.. the washer dryer at time of purchase, were on sale and the best price locally or nationally, plus Best Buy was one of the few vendors who had this new product in stock. Three weeks later as local inventory improved the products went on sale at even a better price if bundled. No bundle discount with initial purchase. Well BB price guarantee is 15 days but 60 days with total protection. As it turned out I saved an additional $200 so paid for my total protection. Plus there are so many other benefits not related to washer dryer. Very happy I purchased Total protection.

The washer and dryer are outstanding. The only issue was the delivery guys not removing the " shipping bolts" and the unit sounded like a 747 taking off and it ran around the room from vibration .
