I’m in the total care yearly plan where you receive a two year warranty on anything that is purchased. There is no limit to how many products you purchase. All will receive the two year fix or replace. That is a deal worth having. Total care saved me so much money over the years. Highly recommended.

I haven't had to use it yet, but it is great knowing that it is there if I need it.

LOVE my new washer and dryer! Got them in January and they have worked like a charm for the last 5 months in a home with a lot of laundry. They both have great capacity, even for my king size duvet with NO problem. Im very happy with my purchase!

I will always use geek squad for my laptop needs. The people back there are very knowledgeable and i always get my items back timely when i have an issue.

Peace of mind that pays for itself. Upon delivery there was an issue of a washer and/or the electrical outlet. Found out after electrician visit it was the unit. Made a request and next day got a replacement without question.

Love the plans. Worth the price. Never know when you need them.

Really happy with the washer and dryer I picked out and happy with how the staff came to install it. The app on the phone is really nice and it’s connected to my tv so I can get notifications when a washer it dryer is done.

The protection plan is very comforting. I hope I never have to use it. But having it is great.

Very helpful in fixing old computer and setting up new one

The washer & dryer set are great. I opted for the all steel drum washer. It is HUGE, and handles a big load with easy. The dryer door opens two ways to help drop clothes in right from the washer, and then swings to the side to easily dump clothes out after drying. I couldn’t be happier with the set.

Great protection plan. Just wish they would educate their employees to explain to the customer about the protection plan! Was given false information!

If you like to gamble, buy some electronics without a warranty. Good luck if you don't. I have had accidental damage repaired for nearly nothing. Well worth the cost of not having to buy a new unit, if I didn't purchase the warranty.

The washer and dryer are outstanding. The only issue was the delivery guys not removing the " shipping bolts" and the unit sounded like a 747 taking off and it ran around the room from vibration .

Best Buys warrenty is great they say what they meand and back it up with action. They have alway come thru uand repaired or replaced/reimburesd me. Cant Beat a plan that works.

Best Buy's membership protection plan is well worth the money spent.

Have had this set for 2 months now and is reliable and dries well. Noise levels are moderate and have had no issues so far. Would recommend this set for the price point!

I LOVE this washer and dryer SO much! It's not noisy, fits my big comforters in both washer & dryer and the dryer is always perfect I don't have to do a second cycle to dry like w/ my old dryer, I love that I can use the app to pause or start a cycle, Best thing is the clothes feel really clean

I not only didn’t expect to be using this at all, but much less within the first 6 months. Surprisingly, my washer began to violently leak from underneath and I had a laundry room full of clothing. My father had quite unwillingly come with me after my Mother’s recent passing and my my washer began to malfunction. My father’s health was in a shocking state and I didn’t want to run the risk of getting him ill. Best Buy was extremely sympathetic and their tech was brutally honest about the possible mishaps that could happen. My time was well respected and I was given the best solution and was guided to Samsung in such a way that my washer and dryer will be replaced if I am not happy with my repair and all damages will be taken care of! I don’t ever feel this long of treatment anymore these days!
