I LOVE this washer and dryer SO much! It's not noisy, fits my big comforters in both washer & dryer and the dryer is always perfect I don't have to do a second cycle to dry like w/ my old dryer, I love that I can use the app to pause or start a cycle, Best thing is the clothes feel really clean

Highly recomend this. It definately paid off as our washer had a bearinggo out.

Love the ease of getting clothes in and out and they tumble clothes every few minutes to prevent wrinkling. And app notifies when done to save me trips up and down the stairs

At first, I completely thought these would be a bit difficult for my mom. Spouse and I tinkered with the settings and absolutely love how certain settings make all the difference in doing laundry. My mom (has dementia) has absolutely no issues with using these as well! Makes the entire household laundry days a smooth ride!

Great product but the Best Buy Service has a lot to be desired.I had to miss two days work because Chris at the Altoona Pa store returned the stackable washer dryer kit that was purchased from the State College store so the installers came with no kit!

The best reason to buy your big stuff from Best Buy is the 24 month coverage. Hands-down, the guys who deliver from BB take the time to work with you - and you don’t have to buy additional coverage at a cost.

Would not buy a best buy appliance without the protection it has paid off in the past.

OMG! I Love my new washer and dryer!! The AI makes everything automatic and I love it! Both units are Very quiet machines. I’m not used to such capacities where they hold just about everything I need to put in them. I highly recommend these machines. You won’t regret it.

These are by far the best set that I have owned and they look good. The side load washer washes the clothes so much better than a top load

Have never had a problem with any appliances I have purchased from Best Buy. But with the low monthly service/maintenance cost what can you loose just in case? You have a choice to renew or cancel every month. What a deal!

This protection has been the best thing ever! It covers so much and the customer service is great at letting you know your options on coverage. I'd definitely keep up with the protection plan
