At first, I completely thought these would be a bit difficult for my mom. Spouse and I tinkered with the settings and absolutely love how certain settings make all the difference in doing laundry. My mom (has dementia) has absolutely no issues with using these as well! Makes the entire household laundry days a smooth ride!

I love every product that I get from Best Buy. Purchases have been easy, the staff is so helpful and I know that my Best Buy preferred customer account will always have my back if anything were to happens to my products!!

I have had these for a little over 2 months. They are Samsung's base front load models, which is more than enough for our usage. They look great, they are quite and they stack really well

I never thought I would drop the money on some "smart" washers or at the least, something more then the laundromat washers that I have been using. The washer is quiet and doesn't shake as bad as I had thought. The steam settings I thought were a bit gimmicky, but using them has changed my mind, they are great. Use of the Home App is ok, but you see yourself mostly using the on device buttons more. I have always use top load, but side load with a base that raises them up 16 inches off the ground has made the bending and strain on my wife and my back gone. Great washer and dryer combo, will have these for years to come.

At first I wasn't completely sold on the protection plan. Yes everything was covered but in my area they contract with only one repair company so it was 10 days before a technician could come out then they order parts needed meaning a second trip to make repair. I could have paid for local company to come in 1 to 2 days. HOWEVER I changed my mind after a repair required a part that was backordered. After finding out there was no confirmed date of delivery Best Buy informed me they would deliver a NEW washing machine. That definitely made their protection program more than worth it!!

It gives me peace of mind because if anything goes wrong it’s covered!

I used to think the Protection was 100% great and a needed warranty against issues. But, what they DON'T tell you is it doesn't protect against everything. I was told that accidents to screens were covered, just to find out, NOPE, that isn't fully the case. Just to small items, TVs aren't included. So, it has to be a mechanical issue before a warranty can be used.

Absolutely love my new LG washer and dryer!! They were easy to install and set up. The app is the best part. I get told when the cycles are done so I don't forget.

How do you buy an item without protection? I love best buy protections for it gives me a peace of mind to buy a product knowing that best buy will take care of me and my product.

I bought a washer, then dryer. So far, excellent. The washer - no problms. The dryer had some problems and was great with the protection. The first dryer was a defect, but did not develop the crazy problem (I never saw a problem like this) it did just as the two-year mark neared. The dryer was exchanged for a new model of the same "line." I was not pleased with the "newer" model's operation. So for a much better machine paying the difference between original price of old for the new - WOW!! great plan!!! - I got a new machine. Now beat this other plans outside of BBuy. No downside here!

Great product but the Best Buy Service has a lot to be desired.I had to miss two days work because Chris at the Altoona Pa store returned the stackable washer dryer kit that was purchased from the State College store so the installers came with no kit!

It is easy to use, I love all the settings, saves me water. The dryer does not get so hot, just the right temp for every load, which is great.
