OMG! I Love my new washer and dryer!! The AI makes everything automatic and I love it! Both units are Very quiet machines. I’m not used to such capacities where they hold just about everything I need to put in them. I highly recommend these machines. You won’t regret it.

Love the ease of getting clothes in and out and they tumble clothes every few minutes to prevent wrinkling. And app notifies when done to save me trips up and down the stairs

I read a lot of reviews when I bought these, some good and some bad. Like any machine out there, you can get a lemon from time to time. We love our new washer and dryer. Great cycle options, and my parrot is learning a new tune!

So far, we love these, even down to the little melodies LGs play when your laundry is done. I'd say the only fly in the ointment has been that because the dryer vent is not quite lined up with the vent on the dryer, and it has to be moved back to get the door open in our small laundry closet, we keep getting an error and clothes don't always completely dry, due to the squished hose. We're going to move the vent so this doesn't happen any longer, but until that happens, the poor dryer sticks out a little into the hallway to try to unkink the hose! Not the dryer's fault. Also, the washer door flange does really need to be wiped down once laundry is done for the week, or you'll risk mildew and mold--it's very wet after the cycle is done. If you don't want to do that, a front door washer is probably not for you.

My dryer showed up with a huge dent. I called and asked what could be done. I was offered a gift card and I think a partial refund, but ultimately they replaced the damaged product with a new unit within about 10-12 days, which I thought was great.

Have never had a problem with any appliances I have purchased from Best Buy. But with the low monthly service/maintenance cost what can you loose just in case? You have a choice to renew or cancel every month. What a deal!

The best buy protection is so worth having!! Although this washer was good it did have a repair issue that required an exchange for a new machine. The Geek squad was very professional and would recommend. My advice is never be without the protection warranty, the protection is great and is so worth it if you need a repair or exchange

We are very happy with this LG washer and dryer pair after about 5 weeks of use. Washer: I no longer have to stand in the laundry room to rearrange "unbalanced loads" in my 15-year-old top loader, sometimes several times during a cycle. One small complaint: the interior light doesn't stay on long enough to see the clothes when the cycle ends and it doesn't appear there is any way to lengthen that. Dryer: most cycles do a great job, but the sensors do not seem to do well on "Perm. Press" -- clothes are still damp when the cycle ends and when I start another cycle, it runs for 1 minute and shuts off, meaning I have to put the dryer on "timed dry" for 15-20 min. in order for the clothes to come out dry (this is what the manual says to do). Overall, both have been a very good choice for me.
