Overall our LG washer and Dryer it self seem good but our overall experience with Best Buy has been horrible. We've had best buy out to our home 5 times for our washer and dryer. We are on our 3 set of appliances. Our first delivery for our Samsung wash/dryer, the delivery team left the shipping bolts in the washing machine and forgot to bring a steam kit for our dryer install. Install 2, best buy came to install the dryer steam kit. Forgot to turn on the water and didn't hookup the water correctly. Install 3, new washer was brought out because the initial install forgot the shipping bolts and ruined the washer. Install 4, the new washer would not self balance during the spin cycle. We had BB switch out our samsung washer/dryer for LG. During this install our dryer was damaged. Install 5, Best buy came to install new dryer because prev. was damaged in delivery. After the dryer was installed, two weeks later we found out our dryer was leaking water and has damaged our new house. Now we have a whole in our lower level ceiling and are waiting on BB to come look at it. On top of that, our washer/dryer are set into custom cabinets which is why there wasn't any sign of water until the ceiling had a big water bubble. Our new custom cabinets are damaged because the washer/dryer has been taken in and out 5 times by best buy and now the additional water issues. Now we are waiting for BB to come 4 days later to checkout the issue while all this water sits in the walls and floor because if we move anything before they check it out we may have our claim rejected. Absolute worst buying experience I've ever been through.

Well worth the extra money you spend. After several tries fixing it, Bestbuy decided to replace it and gave me a gift card equal to the amount I paid for the appliance.

The best buy protection is so worth having!! Although this washer was good it did have a repair issue that required an exchange for a new machine. The Geek squad was very professional and would recommend. My advice is never be without the protection warranty, the protection is great and is so worth it if you need a repair or exchange

We purchased this after our washer went up and we tried to get a used washer to replace it, only to end up with more issues. This was a breath of fresh air to have a new washer that not only worked well but has continued to work flawlessly over the past several months and we do laundry constantly.

What can you say about the Geek Squad, but they are there when I have an issue

It’s always good to have protection plan. I have that on all my appliances through Best Buy.

We are now using the set almost every day having no problems it seems to be very quiet and doing the job it is supposed to

I have been a Samsung fan for years, but with the Smart Things app, it tells me when a cycle is complete or if it needs attention. My laundry room is downstairs and through my Samsung TV’s, it lets me know to change the laundry from the washer to the dryer. It even reminds me to remove clothes before they wrinkle! Best ever!

The washer and dryer have been working very well. Clothes are clean and it is very efficient.

Love my LG washer and dryer. Highly recommend! They are easy to use and the delicate cycle can be used for hand wash only clothes. With other washers, my hand wash only clothes get ruined if I use the delicate cycle.

Good basic machines. Things I would change on the washer/dryer: add a digital "beep" to signal when wash is done, and position lint screen in the front of the dryer, near drum, not on the top. Everytime I pull the lint screen out from the top, it makes a mess on the top of the dryer.

I never thought I’d want a washer/dryer that connected to the internet but these are awesome. I love the cycle is finished notifications.

Please bring back the free delivery, installation and haul away for the highest level of membership. I recommend limiting deliveries to one address or perhaps creating a business level service as well.

I have had this plan for well over 10 years. It is worth every penny.
