I love my washer and dryer now that I can read the instructions on the washer, it came with Spanish, and two of your guy's came and fixed it for me.

We purchased this after our washer went up and we tried to get a used washer to replace it, only to end up with more issues. This was a breath of fresh air to have a new washer that not only worked well but has continued to work flawlessly over the past several months and we do laundry constantly.

I have been a Samsung fan for years, but with the Smart Things app, it tells me when a cycle is complete or if it needs attention. My laundry room is downstairs and through my Samsung TV’s, it lets me know to change the laundry from the washer to the dryer. It even reminds me to remove clothes before they wrinkle! Best ever!

The protection from Best Buy is one of the best in the market if you have a issue they try to fixe and if they are not able they replace the product

Excellent quality and excellent purchase. This washer and dryer set have many useful features. We purchased the dark gray color tone and it’s beautiful! The washer and dryer is less noisy and quieter since we purchased the pedestals. Less contact with our hardwood floors makes them quiet. Delivery was excellent! The delivery contractors did an excellent job!! They were very professional and did their jobs well! We purchased the warranty but hope our washer and dryer last for years to come!

Great size, great color, great features. Absolutely love the wifi connectivity and the auto detergent dispenser. Wrinkle-free option on the dryer is the real deal.

I love this washer and the dryer. The worst she uses much less water and I have seen a big difference in my water bill every month. I'm sure I've saved on my electric bill also but I'm on the budget plan so I really can't tell every month but overall my electric bill has gone down $2 a month the last 3 months and it's going down another $2 this 3 months. I am a one person household I'm sure a family would see a bigger difference yet in their water and electric bill.

Tried three stores and compared the same set. Best Buy was not only cheaper, but they also took back my damaged item while shipping and replaced with non damaged item.

Would not buy a best buy appliance without the protection it has paid off in the past.
