    These do a great job but it takes a long time to complete a cycle. Also a lot of different settings to get used to.

    I currently have a stackable washer/dryer. My washer is “ dying” so I went to Best Buy to purchase another washer to stack. The salesman knew we were replacing the washer of the stacked unit. We purchased the washer and paid for set up and delivery of our washer. This info was confirmed with the company installing the washer and they directed me to buy another stacking kit that I did. The delivery staff affixes and looks at my stacked washer and dryer and immediately says he cannot touch my dryer and cannot install my washer. After speaking the the installers boss, they wanted my to have my new washer installed side by side next to my current dying washer and to leave my current dryer installed above my dying washer. This did not make any sense to me. The installer said he could not remove my old washer because he could not touch the attached dryer. Needless to say, my day was wasted, the washer was returned and the order was cancelled. Now I have to start over with shopping for another new washer and find someone who will install my washer and dryer and put them side by side. Apparently, Best Buy is NOT the appliance store to help their previous customers. By the way, the washer and dryer are 6 years old this month.
