OMG! I never hear it running
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This washing machine is so quiet I never know it’s running. Our laundry area is not even 10 feet from my favorite chair in the living room. With my old washer and dryer it was like a freight train was right outside. This is so quiet I have to get up and look at it to make sure it’s working. Everything is clean, I don’t have to pre-Treat anything. My old washing machine what’s the worst thing I’ve ever had in my life. Thank goodness my parents bought it for me for my college graduation gift. It was a huge waste of their money! I love love, love love love this new washer and dryer!

So far, so good
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far so good. I am a bit iffy to review an appliance. I have not had the best luck when it comes to appliances in the past however, we previously had a Samsung dryer that this is replacing. The previous dryer was still working but the clothes were not drying as well as in the past, general maintenance had been done but I believe the heating elements had just started to die out. It was 12 years old. This new unit seems to be doing well for us. It is quiet and has all of the features I could want/need.

Stylish and quiet.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Replaced old Kenmore units and they work great. Very quiet. Install didn’t go very well but I redid install myself and all is good. Install crew dented pedestals but can’t see it. Bestbuy discounted units for trouble. Only issue is pedestals won’t hold large style detergent jugs because drawer isn’t deep enough. Caps hit frame of pedestal and won’t close. Although bottle color safe bleach does fit. Little frustrating that Samsung R&D could measure existing large detergent containers and design accordingly.

Repair or replacement guarantee.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Well worth the extra money you spend. After several tries fixing it, Bestbuy decided to replace it and gave me a gift card equal to the amount I paid for the appliance.

Worth it if you have the time and patience.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Techs were rude and short in communicating. If you ask questions dont expect easy answers. Great that most things are covered. They do not have specialists that install. The shippers do it and they are not experienced. Long wait time to be seen by geek squad.

Love my LG Washer and Dryer
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love my LG washer and dryer. Highly recommend! They are easy to use and the delicate cycle can be used for hand wash only clothes. With other washers, my hand wash only clothes get ruined if I use the delicate cycle.

Total Tech Worth It!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When buying extended warranties, I look at: *The price tag of the unit I'm buying *The percentage of chance it'll break down through usage *The percentage of chance when dropped, spilled on When Total Tech was offered to me for $199 per year, I went for it, but was skeptical. Oh my goodness, just the first year, it's already been paid for. I have had: 1) Free delivery, install, haul away: Over the oven microwave 2) Free delivery, install, haul way: Dryer 3) 3 laptops are under the two year warranty 4) Free install and an extra $50 Total Tech member discount on a car alarm You can probably guess where I'm going to purchase my: *Dishwasher (needs to be replaced) *Washing machine I have about 6 months left

||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. What can I say about Geek Squad that is not already known they are a much worthy service and worth every penny for what is covered it is a no hassle type of coverage for whatever it is your purchase.. I would not walk out of the store without adding this to any of my products. Every year I religeously renew my total tech support agreement and take full advantage of the many benefits Best Buy offers. I'm at 7 years straight and counting ;-)

great
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.’m very satisfied with its performance. It dries my clothes quickly and evenly, and has a steam function that reduces wrinkles and odors. The smart features are also very convenient and easy to use. I can control the dryer with my voice or phone, and get alerts when the cycle is done or the lint filter needs cleaning. The dryer is also very quiet and energy-efficient. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a high-quality dryer with smart technology.

Reliable and an excellent value
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This has been a great asset to our Cleaning tools. With an average of 7 loads of laundry per week, we have had no issues. I like having the options of running a quick wash to save money on those smaller loads. Another great feature is the ability to customize water temperatures, and since most of our laundry does not require high heat, using the cold settings is an energy saver and money saver.

Good, but small improvements would have made a big
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good basic machines. Things I would change on the washer/dryer: add a digital "beep" to signal when wash is done, and position lint screen in the front of the dryer, near drum, not on the top. Everytime I pull the lint screen out from the top, it makes a mess on the top of the dryer.

Fair for the Price
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I needed a new washer and dryer after having an expert put my old front loaders to the curb. I asked him for his opinion on what I should purchase. Frankly, I was leaning toward a top loader but he talked me out of it. What he also told me was that anything energy efficient will not last as long as the predecessors. Hmm I'm spending at least twice as much for half or less than that in lifespan. What choice did I have? Let me get to what I think of this new Whirlpool washer and dryer pair. The upside is I can wash and dry more in this size than what I had. The downside... there is so little water put into the washer that those little scented pebbles (Downy Unstoppables) don't even disintegrate in the wash. I had to pick them out of "washed" clothing before sending them into the dryer. Did my clothes smell nice? No. Lastly on the pair, there is no way to adjust the volume signal that tells you your wash or dryer is done. My laundry room is at the other end of the house so I cannot hear the signal EVER. I called Whirlpool to figure out how to adjust and they told me my model did not have that "feature". I didn't consider such a thing a feature when I chose it or I would have picked something else. To me it a necessity. Now for the dryer. Time drying seems to work the best for me versus the "sensor" dry options. Regardless of which option I choose, the dryer sheets (when used) come out feeling the same way they did when input them in the dryer - stiff and "new". Are my clothes soft or smelling like a dryer sheet? Do they smell "clean"? No. Do they look clean? I guess so. For those of you wondering, I use Tide liquid. I'm going to try Gain pods after my Tide is used up just to see if I can get my clothes smelling clean and fresh. I'm happy to have a working pair of laundry equipment but I'm not satisfied to say the least. My advice... if you have an old washer and dryer that works keep it as long as possible. These new "energy efficient" things are not as good as the old.
