So far, we love these, even down to the little melodies LGs play when your laundry is done. I'd say the only fly in the ointment has been that because the dryer vent is not quite lined up with the vent on the dryer, and it has to be moved back to get the door open in our small laundry closet, we keep getting an error and clothes don't always completely dry, due to the squished hose. We're going to move the vent so this doesn't happen any longer, but until that happens, the poor dryer sticks out a little into the hallway to try to unkink the hose! Not the dryer's fault. Also, the washer door flange does really need to be wiped down once laundry is done for the week, or you'll risk mildew and mold--it's very wet after the cycle is done. If you don't want to do that, a front door washer is probably not for you.

It's been a year since we got them, and they've been reliable. Don't forget to change the filter on the washer for those who don't know.

I never had to use the plan, but I always get at least 1 year because these things better last at least one year and way past that. We've had no problems with the appliances.

Excellent quality and excellent purchase. This washer and dryer set have many useful features. We purchased the dark gray color tone and it’s beautiful! The washer and dryer is less noisy and quieter since we purchased the pedestals. Less contact with our hardwood floors makes them quiet. Delivery was excellent! The delivery contractors did an excellent job!! They were very professional and did their jobs well! We purchased the warranty but hope our washer and dryer last for years to come!

We are very happy with this LG washer and dryer pair after about 5 weeks of use. Washer: I no longer have to stand in the laundry room to rearrange "unbalanced loads" in my 15-year-old top loader, sometimes several times during a cycle. One small complaint: the interior light doesn't stay on long enough to see the clothes when the cycle ends and it doesn't appear there is any way to lengthen that. Dryer: most cycles do a great job, but the sensors do not seem to do well on "Perm. Press" -- clothes are still damp when the cycle ends and when I start another cycle, it runs for 1 minute and shuts off, meaning I have to put the dryer on "timed dry" for 15-20 min. in order for the clothes to come out dry (this is what the manual says to do). Overall, both have been a very good choice for me.

I love this washer and the dryer. The worst she uses much less water and I have seen a big difference in my water bill every month. I'm sure I've saved on my electric bill also but I'm on the budget plan so I really can't tell every month but overall my electric bill has gone down $2 a month the last 3 months and it's going down another $2 this 3 months. I am a one person household I'm sure a family would see a bigger difference yet in their water and electric bill.

I like how it fits perfect on my basement.The set is not noisy like others and I really love my Dryer how I can leave it to delicate and it dries my kids uniforms without shrinking anything.

I recently purchased my new washer and dryer - I am overall happy with the performance of the machines, the only drawback is I am 5'1" and the wash machine is extremely deep. It is difficult getting smaller items out of the machine.
