    The products are ok so far but the experience was horrible. None of their appliances (dryer) come with power cable and you have to buy (about 40$ extra) them separately and install it yourself. If you're not handy or have no clue about electricity, you're SOL. Good luck asking them for help, they have no idea but quickly tell you "we do have installation and delivery". They dont take in consideration such as need it right away without waiting a week or two. And also when you decide to do it yourself, they quickly scare you by saying they can reject warranty because you didnt pay for professional installation. I dont think i want to renew my Yearly Membership with them.

    These do a great job but it takes a long time to complete a cycle. Also a lot of different settings to get used to.

    Very good product. But the workers who installed it were terrible. So these had to go into my basement and to make the machine fit, they had to take the screws off my side door. No big deal. But they never put the screws back! The workers left so fast after installing the washer and dryer I didnt even have time to process that they still had the screws to my door. My side door swung open and the glass on it shattered. I emailed Best buy support but I received no response.
