Love my washer and dryer although the agitator comes out the washer.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I have had this for a couple of years now. I HATE THIS MACHINE! Every 3-4 cycles, the machine doesn't rinse properly so it can't spin the water off the clothes. With too much water in the drum (there is a special noise that it makes and you know you're going to have to rinse by hand) it would start spinning and due to the extra weight of wet clothes the entire machine would move. If it wasn't between a wall and my dryer, it would be in the living room. That's how bad it is! So I have to play the rinse and drain option with my fingers crossed and hoping it works or I take all the laundry out, wring it so that it isn't soaked and put back n washer do do the rinse spin cycle. It's a nightmare! Sometimes it takes 3-10 times which is a good 1 or more trying to get it to drain and spin. This machine wasn't the most expensive but, at $700+ it should work properly. Stay away. Get something else. The noisiest most inefficient washer ever. Oh, and did I mention, it doesn't always clean well! Nor does the deep water function really work. It's a joke of a washer. Saving up for a new one.

I have not needed the protection plan as of yet, so hard to say how it will work out.

24mo protection plan was purchased on my washing machine. The washing machine isn’t working 17mos later and because I live rurally and there isn’t a person scheduled in this area Best Buy will not honor the protection plan and directed me to the manufacturer. IF YOU LIVE RURALLY DO NOT PURCHASE THE PROTECTION PLAN BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT HONOR IT!
