Canceled the best buy protection for my home appliances because the technician that came out was creepy and way too familiar. Ultimately the appliance wasn't fixed and I was left feeling very uncomfortable with him having my address and phone number.

Washer/Dryer and Pedestals. Dryer needed replacement after 1 month. First Pedestal after 1 week. Second Pedestal when they replaced the Dryer. Waiting for the second Pedestal to be replaced. All with in the first two months.

Helpful to have for future issues. Hopefully I’ll never have to use it.

Purchased and was installed in a short period of time.

Will work for about 3 years. Save your money to buy a new one, 5 months after the extended warranty goes this goes the way of all modern "durable goods"

I always purchase a Best Buy protection or extended warranty on just about all my appliances and high end electronics I purchase from Best Buy. I have not regret it once. Most times, I never have to use it but the few times I have, Best Buy protection or extended warranty support have been good to me and supported my purchase. I will continue to purchase each type of warranty on my purchases from Best Buy.

Hard to review something not used yet--and hope not to use.

The protection plan was accidentally canceled and has not been reactivated for my new Whirlpool Dryer. I requested an exchange due to the initial purchased dryer had a bend in the vent attachment and what I believed to be scratches on the side of the unit. However, I was told that the bent exhaust pipe was "normal" and that the scratches were plastic wrapping that was left on. I ended up keeping the original dryer, however, both protection plans were cancelled by the agent.

It looks good and performance so far has been good.

Not problem whit this product it’s good machines and good reliability

Had them for close to a year. Working great many options, you actually see soap and water moving around in washer. No complaints clean clothes well.

This was money well spent to protect our purchase.

They’re ok, but I don’t think it’s very “energy efficient” to continuously attempt to rinse and spin when there’s an issue with the load in the washer. Generally when I wash linen, including pillows, I notice that I have to check the load to ensure that it only rinses and spins ONCE before removing some of the Load. The preset settings (the energy saving options) do not dry as well so I generally stick to timed drying settings. It doesn’t hold the smell that I’ve heard some front loading washers hold so that’s a plus.

It’s gets the job done. Small and quiet but dryer makes a thumping noise from to time and Samsung customer service wasn’t really helpful at all.

GE washer and dryer, nothing fancy it does the job but the spin cycle really shakes the machine and gets out of balance
