It works... but it's a pain in the butt. Took 7 calls and "6" visits before they finally lemon law my washer

This didn't start off to well, after the washer and dryer was dropped off to my house, none of the best buy techs seem to want to hook the machines up or connect the stackable set up... I had no choice other than to get an outside company to hook everything up... Best buy did reimburse the money which I'm happy about but I lost three days trying to get this done right and the Totaltech plan was suppose to cover everything

So laundry soap can’t be pushed down. The fabric softener is the only detergent that works directly. I will have to put the soap directly on the clothes before I wash them.

Unsure about these, bought them and they look nice. Not sure about the smell... they don't see to clean as good as my top loaders. I always get error codes on the washer. Sadly I was hoping that the front loaders had came along way since 2008 but they have not.

Washer has to be replaced as when in use it has a metal on metal grinding noise.Its so loud we are scared to use it.The clothes dryer works excellent

I did not buy a monthly product protection plan. I've got a Total Tech membership that is supposed to protect my purchases.

Did not last 3 years. Heating element stopped working. Tried to replace it and geek squad said they'd have to break another part to get to the heating element because the screw was stripped. Mind you, this was the first time having any work done on the dryer.

From the beginning that I bought this Washer machine is not working well. I feel disappointed. This washer machine cost very expensive. I paid the full amount.

Not as great as the other extended warranty program they had. But ok.

Newest better paint quality, bigger capacity and more heater temperature.

Performs great, cycles are displayed as well as remaining time. Ya

BOUGHT THESE FOR MY DAUGHTER AND HER FAMILY. THE WASHING MACHINE BARREL STARTED BANGING ON THE SIDES. GEEK SQUAD ARRIVED COULD NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM, HAD TO GET SAMSUNG REPAIR INVOLVED. THE TECH FOUND A BOLT THAT HELD THE WEIGHT IN THE SIDE HAD COME OUT AND THE WEIGHT FELL OUT AND BROKE. AM CURRENTLY WAITING FOR PARTS. AM DISAPPOINTED AS SAMSUNG IN THE PAST HAS VERY GOOD PRODUCTS.

Works and saves money, but not the most clean machines. I have to clean the door seals everytime.

Works great. High maintenance, needing to clean frequently to avoid odor.

Bought these and the stack kit for our ski condo. We have LG washer/Dryer in our home for 9 flawless years now and expect the same out of this new set. Everything works as expected. It’s quiet. Cleans clothes exceptionally well. Five stars. Love LG!

Very good quality washer and dryer. The size really saves time by cutting down the number of loads needed weekly. I appreciate the smart notifications so I can know when the dryer finishes from anywhere. The steam dry is great for wrinkled clothes.

Silly start up and no water level selector good final spin at end drier runs shorter

Washer works well but the dryer leaves clothes damp sometimes
