Works well for us. Whites are white . Colors are bright. We enjoy the easy way of loading wash n dryer

the washer and dryer is alright difficult to use have to read instructions just to understand minor function on the appliance

My machine has been broken for 3 weeks! Geek squad has been unresponsive since my 2nd service request as the machine broke within a day of having the drain pump replaced. The 2nd technician that came to fix it was unprepared after the issue was explained at length to customer service. To date I requested a call from a supervisor and no response and both my appointments have been cancelled. To say the least this has been an utter disappointment!

Not pleased. 5'5" woman cannot reach bottom of water to retrieve clothes. Dryer doesn't have a light inside dryer nor on panel. Takes long time to dry clothes.

These washing machine and dryer has too many electronic features that not only confuses the users but most of the features are not even necessary.

I'm not enjoying those products and i have made several calls for inspection but to no avail. Please the dryer doesn't dry well and the washer is livking water on the bottom.

Nice set I got it for Christmas on 2022 and the washer machine the power bottom just doesn’t light up but is working nice

Originally ordered 5/3, with the understanding that I had to wait until 6/26, they didn't keep their promise,I had to cancel and reorder for pick up on 7/4 , after I already gave away my old one, and made arrangements for help and truck rental, they said, and that's the best they can do, best buy no longer has me as a customer, I'm 62, and don't have time for stupidity, thank ya very much

This product has been very challenging. My daughter does the laundry and she has problems with the dryer often not drying the clothes.

The provided discount and free services are the best part but in terms of warranty services, slow and does not really worth

Average.. it does it job. Had to clean it a lot of times.

It looks pretty, but my clothes smell moldy and the dryer has to cycle at least twice to get anything dry. You absolutely have to wipe the washer dry after use. A real pain! I wipe it down and leave the door open with a vent on in the laundry room and that still doesn't always work.

After a month of owning this set, the washer started to smell. I never had this issue with the top load washer.

Products work exceptionally well…. It took way to long to get my order without damage… I am now happy just took too long

Washer broke after 6 weeks and took 6 weeks to get repaired. When it works the washer does it job. The dryer has been fine. BestBuy setup was terrible.

The washer has been working good, the dryer wasn’t drying properly and now it is turning on/off randomly

So what ok reason being because they broke down twice lucky i have insurance

Protection plan a must these days. Nothing is built to last anymore.

So laundry soap can’t be pushed down. The fabric softener is the only detergent that works directly. I will have to put the soap directly on the clothes before I wash them.
