This is the first time I using this brand and I just did receive them so so far is good I don’t have no issue and I will update my review later on when I start working with it

When purchasing a new washer and dryer, it's only fitting to ADD the BEST BUY protection for a couple of years. You are then covered for unexpecting problems down the road.

Works GREAT ! Settings need to be a bit more versatile. The machine is a little tall for my wife,who is short. Detergent, add in, reservoir is placed inconveniently.

I love this dryer! It has many different features. It has Bluetooth capability. You can literally turn it off and on from your phone! Dries super quick and is very quiet.

Too soon to say; just purchased plan. Hopefully, its as good as it sounds.

Installation went well. The next day when I was using it the error code came on repeatedly.

Not impressed yet. Washer had dirt left behind with agitator out. We will see.

Wish there was an option to add this on later without buying tech support with the new program. Its horrible now. Best Buy has gone downhill so much that I have been taking my business elsewhere rather than price matching like I use to.

this washer dryer combo was great and also with the ability to use the app on my phone to let me know what was going on all the while i am upstairs in the house

I have had my washer and dryer for about a month, I find it is very easy to use , very quiet, and the tub Is extra large, great for washing linens and blankets.

These are nice, I have wanted a nice brand and finally got it. They are easy to use and everything I want Hopefully will last for a long time but will buy again

Waste of money they will always try to fix even the unfixable to only try to save themselves pennies but it takes an entire month out of your life when they could of resolved the issue in less than 10 days . Oh and thank the lord the telephone conversations are recorded !

Samsung Washer and dryer quality was good and very easy to use

Washer is great...no complaints Dryer needs some updates. The lent trapnis hard to clean and lent gets trapped inside the spring loaded door. Lent also collects on the inside of the door. Not impressed.

Have not had to use yet and hoping i wont but worth the money just in case

The washer works good. The dryer seems to take a long time to get everything dry.
