The installation is not very good because the water is leaking from somewhere.

Dryer settings are hard to use, clothes don’t dry as fast

Buying a washer and dryer is not a fune event. However having these large size, high efficiency machines are a game changer, saves so much time!

My dryer went out. I had a warranty. Called for service. Was told that I had to pay $108 for a diagnostic test. Asked what was the warranty for, he said parts and labor. I ended up having to get a new dryer, motor was gone. I don’t like the stipulations that comes with the appliance warranties. Because why she there be a diagnostic payment? If the item is covered under warranty.

We purchased total tech for installation of our major appliances. What a joke! We had to pick up the washer and dryer and install ourselves as Beat Buy screwed up the scheduling and we cancelled our stove, fridge and microwave purchase because Beat Buy screwed up and ordered the wrong fridge!

This is the perfect and most economical 24 month service for your item that you buy and it is easy to use on all the item you buy from them.

Hopefully you never need service, as when you actually do, it will be WEEKS before they come out to do anything. Worse yet, when they do come out, they usually have no idea what they are doing or why they came. They then leave and you need to scheduling another appointment They are happy to waste thousands of dollars of your time :( What amazes me is how almost all people at BB do not care about helping customers at all. Having a $1000 new dryer never dry from the time I bought it was bad enough, but having Best Buy finally send the WRONG person out and waste my time, is inexcusable! They needed to INSTALL a new GAS dryer - the 2 people they sent had no capability of the basic task of hooking a gas line to the dryer !!! So now I need to wait TWO MORE WEEKS and hope they send the right people !

The Best Buy protection plan was a fantastic buy, since I was able to benefit from it on a number of items that I purchased from Best Buy.

It's always a big relief when you know the items you purchase are protected. I love the fact that I can have my items protected by Best Buy.

This service does not actually offer any protection. Best Buy will charge you a bunch of money just to look at your product. They ship it off to some other state to have somebody decide whether or not you "abused" your brand new product. Even if it is a likely defect, it will be deemed "abuse".

I have dogs and when I asked for the best Washer/Dryer because of the pups, I thought I was shown the correct ones. However, the pods I used leaked out of the cup where you put the pod. And it also leaks out of the door of the washer.

We replaced our LG front loader, washer, and dryer with the set. If I had to do it over again, I would definitely choose a different brand than Samsung.

The dryer is excellent however I purchased it for the steam feature yet it leaks so only used it once for steaming The washer you must manipulate the clothes or it can be unbalanced easily

I love the new totaltech protection plan! It’s a great benefit. I’m sure to buy all my electronics and appliances at Best Buy now!

Works great in laundry room. Versatile as can stack or side by side. Side by side gives you a place to set your clothes and fold!
