I never had to use the plan, but I always get at least 1 year because these things better last at least one year and way past that. We've had no problems with the appliances.

In the last 15 years or longer I have continually purchased my high end products from Best. First of all they carry the products I want and prices always compare to other vendors. The Best part is no interest financing for the item. The only thing I would warn you about is to amortize the amount monthly so you do not end up with finance charges at the end of the term. I set mine to auto pay and have NEVER incurred any additional costs.

It’s always good to have protection plan. I have that on all my appliances through Best Buy.

It's been a year since we got them, and they've been reliable. Don't forget to change the filter on the washer for those who don't know.

This is my first front loader washer and dryer. I have a very geasy time getting the laundry in and out of the machines. With the app, it makes it more convenient to where i don't have to keeping running up and down the basement stairs to see if the load is ready.

I like how it fits perfect on my basement.The set is not noisy like others and I really love my Dryer how I can leave it to delicate and it dries my kids uniforms without shrinking anything.

The washer and dryer have been working very well. Clothes are clean and it is very efficient.

What can you say about the Geek Squad, but they are there when I have an issue

I just love my Samsung washer. I bought it with an agitator. It has many options, but like most people, wind up using only a few. Cleans the clothes and everything else perfectly. I would say it's quiet and it hasn't been off balance fir the 10 months I've used it. One nice touch is the music that plays at end of cycle. It also notifies you when it wants to be cleaned. Best washer I've ever bought and I'm 72 so I've bought my share.
