My dryer went out. I had a warranty. Called for service. Was told that I had to pay $108 for a diagnostic test. Asked what was the warranty for, he said parts and labor. I ended up having to get a new dryer, motor was gone. I don’t like the stipulations that comes with the appliance warranties. Because why she there be a diagnostic payment? If the item is covered under warranty.

Works great in laundry room. Versatile as can stack or side by side. Side by side gives you a place to set your clothes and fold!

Our dryer broke within a couple weeks of installation, and Best Buy replaced it promptly. Very pleased with the quick service.

Total tech is a great warranty. Easy to bring your item back and exchange it out of for bigger items they come fix it for free

I lobe the Samsung Top Speed washer. It makes washing clothes a breeze and is so fast. I love it and recommend this product.

Love love love mine but mine are not like photo. My washer is top toad with see through lid. Dryer has see through door

Dryer does not dry very well. Settings on dryer means nothing. Lint filter does not work well so lint gets on clothes because filter is inside dryer. There is no light inside dryer. Don't waste your money.

Bought machine with no agitator. Horrible! Constantly walks even with just a st of sheets. And I am very careful about getting them evenly distributed before starting to watch terrible machine

This service does not actually offer any protection. Best Buy will charge you a bunch of money just to look at your product. They ship it off to some other state to have somebody decide whether or not you "abused" your brand new product. Even if it is a likely defect, it will be deemed "abuse".

Much better than the first one. The staff I believe upgraded the product and the service resolving the issue was great.

I always suggest getting product protection if it's a high-value item you spent a lot of money on. Anything can happen

They get the job done. Just a little bulky. I do recommend the pediatals so you are not bending over so much

so the washing machine needs some repairs and its going to take 3 weeks for all the parts to come in ,and I had to call to find that out.

Nice units. Noisier than I thought. I was surprised that neither had a delay start feature. Dryness monitor isn't great and we usually select a higher dryness setting to make sure clothes are dry.

Total tech seems so worth it and got my money worth already in so many warranty it adds with total tech

I am a Geek Squad Member and when I purchased my washer it came with 24 month protection. I love it!!!

We replaced our LG front loader, washer, and dryer with the set. If I had to do it over again, I would definitely choose a different brand than Samsung.

Great washer and dryer set. Clothes are very clean and the dryer is very fast to dry...even towels.
