Would not recommend it. Clothes are ALWAYS very wrinkled upon removal from washer. Plan on replacing it when I can sell them.

Protection plan that works! Anything is covered it gives me piece of mind that my stuff is safe.

Junk for the money. Rubber on washing machine porthole is so rough, hair, lint, etc. stick to it on the rim and deeper inside. Spin leaves clothes too wet, but that may be because of the install. BB techs tried 3 times and yet it still shakes and walks across the floor. Part of that problem may be that the pedestals aren't heavy or sturdy enough to properly accommodate the washer. Dryer's eco cycle is a joke. Note while the W has steel interior, the D does not. Lint filter is made from low quality plastic and lint gets on both sides and past it. Cheap, cheap, cheap materials.

As part of the Best Buy warranty, it is great to know that this is available , if needed.

Was free with total teach so what isn't really to like although haven't had to use yet.

This was a good purchase... The price was right GE done a great job with this product.

After a month of using this Maytag washer and dryer, i still believe that my old Bravos set was better. This new washer is almost too loud. Several times it has not balanced the load well enough which caused it to wobble and the machine to stop with an error. It does do a great job cleaning but is extremely hard on clothing. It twists sheets, blankets, long pants. Often multiple pieces of clothing have to be unwound separately or from each other before putting in dryer. The dryer does a good job so far.

We had this washer for some months now and it hasn’t work for us. I have 4 kids ranging from 1 to 12 years old and theirs clothes come out with all the stains as if they were never wash. If I could I would return it and buy a more appropriate one for my needs.

Best Buy protection is bearly worthless but I found out too late. Thry also delivered this LG brand when we ordered another. We are not able to go to a laundry mat and were in a bind so we had to accept. Problems with a new refrigerator let us know how useless this service is but of course, they want that mknthly fee.

Have nothing to complain about. They do what they are supposed to do without issues

They kept rescheduling delivery so I requested a refund.

Worst staff still waiting for a call. Spent over 100k in 7 years. Not a call back. All over they couldn’t give. $50 gift card on their mistake. Go to pc Richard better service and at least they try to keep a good customer

Total waste of money for tech subscription. Worthless techs, no call no show AGAIN. To lazy to even do thier jobs. Why did i pay for this when they can't even install correctly or even show up? Not even a phone call. They won't even answer thier phone. More fraud, i paid for delivery, installs and haul aways. None were done correctly. They couldn't even put washer drain hose in correctly. They zip tied it to a faucet. That is not acceptable. Worst company ever. You suck

This is the best washer and dryer unit I ever owned. Quiet and cleans well.

don't add these to your purchases, bestbuy does not honor them, will put you on a call to india that just runs you in circles until you hang up

Scratches easily leaves soap on cloths and i have go steam wrinkles

I have not needed it. It was free with my Total Tech, but if you read all the fine print you will see that it's not worth cost if you have pay out of pocket.
