Absolutely terrible. Sold it to me initially which included free installation and then rescinded it and then I lost the other benefits on all prepurchased items when I declined to renew. Have spent hours trying to fix with no calls back or help.

Could be better i ended up just biyina new washing machine instead

Pointless to purchase, there are no real perks to having this service. It's just another way for them to take your money.

This protection plan isn’t worth It. It’s supposed to be an extended warranty but doesn’t work that way.

I bought these btand new and theyre both not working and when i tried asking for help they wanted to charge a service fee, fine but than didnt even have the decency to show up! Lost a whole days pay just waiting for them.. no phonecall and no warning!!!!!

Our whirlpool duet washer broke after two years. We had to replace the motherboard once and then a second time. Same thing. Could not do it again! Got rid of it. Replacing motherboards was costing us more than what we paid for machine. .

hard to find someone to do the work in a timely manner. sounds better than it is.

The protection is helpful when he had an issue with the washing machine

I wish we would have bought the LG set. These are really lousy.

Don't buy from best buy any appliance and don't bother with their protection, customer service will give the hardest time to address issues

Good product so far no issues, easy installation and quality output

Brand new dryer just received it 2 weeks ago and the dryer do not work. The cloths remains wet regardless the option we select or additional time, temperature and cycle we added. We have to hung the cloths to get it dry. We had LG for last 10 years never had issue with the dryer.

I didn’t like this set. I’m like the old washer and dryers. Didn’t wash like I expected.

Were these designed for giants? As an average height female, i cannot reach the bottom of the inside of the drum to get my clothesout without standing on my verybtippy toes or on a stool. Not cool. Other than tha, it seems like itbwashes stuff alright

They shipped a new washer that was in a smashed carton. The washer had massive damage to the front and was also crushed on the sides and back. I could not believe that is was shipped like that. It took forever for a replacement unit to come in and I had to pick it up and install it.

HOLY CRAP!! I BOUGHT THIS AND 4 Months later, I was told to call the manufacturer because I was fraudulently charged a return already! I STILL Have My original Machine, yet it shows it was exchanged!! And I swear to God if you tell me to contact Customer Service.. I have.

Worst purchase ever. Gas dryer does not work and Lg service department sent someone out that have no clue what the issue is.

The techs were very unprofessional. They were trying to flirt with my under age daughters. They also did not clean up after themselves and left things everywhere. They also did not finish hooking up the steam
