Please bring back the free delivery, installation and haul away for the highest level of membership. I recommend limiting deliveries to one address or perhaps creating a business level service as well.

This is the best set of washer and dryer that I've ever bought! I love all the settings and different options for loads. It's quiet while in motion and it has the cutest alert when it is done washing/drying. The capacity is a huge advantage as well. Definitely recommend.

After years and years suffering with our Samsung Refrigerator, we finally gave up the ghost and purchased a new Frigidaire. WOW! What a difference in usage. We no longer have to worry about ice leaking or all the other problems we experienced with the previous refrigerator.It's the same cubic footage as the Samsung but better designed inside we have more room. A BEST BUY recommendation!

The washer and dryer is great but Best Buy delivered the washer and dryer 3 months late after they cancelled the order on me 2 times and when it finally came it was dented on the bottom. After I called bust buy customer service they tried to go around the issue at hand and not take any blame. They also got rude with me and start to talk over me when I tried to explain the problems.

Had to call in my noisy drier. Ended u having to get a new one. At least I got a little discount

Best Buy has the best Appliances. I bought a Samsung washer a couple of months ago. My family and I are loving it. The website is so easy to navigate when looking for products. The wait time for the appliances is not long at all. I love shopping at Best Buy. The discount helps and the merchandise is great. Hats off to Best Buy!

I recently purchased my new washer and dryer - I am overall happy with the performance of the machines, the only drawback is I am 5'1" and the wash machine is extremely deep. It is difficult getting smaller items out of the machine.

LG washer and dryer are excellent. AI technology saves water and electricity. Spray during wash and dry keeps items wrinkle free. Best thing to come on the market for a long time. They are fabulous

LG seemed to have very good reviews overall, most negative reviews seemed to be due to user error. Fast, quiet, efficient, and able to handle larger loads (king sized bedding) with ease.
