I love, love, love my new stackable washer and dryer. Great cleaning/drying capacity. Space saving with the stackable unit. I googled the best and found it on sale at Best Buy! Win-win for me!!

This is hassel free. Very easy to use. Geek squad moves fast always helpfull.

The washer is spacious and can fit a big load of clothes. It can also fit a queen size comforter with the sheets and pillow cases. The dryer however gives us a problem to dry the comforter. We place the comforter in by itslef and after 3 minutes the machine stops. We have to air dry the comforter instead of using the dryer. For the clothes and sheets the dryer is perfect.

I haven't had to use the service yet, but I feel very confident that if needed, this protection plan will come in handy for the LG washer and dryer I purchased.

I'm really enjoying this particular brand of dryer. I love how it plays a song when the cycle is finished. And the most important thing is the door. Where we had our dryer located, we have a door that opened in front of it, but it was opposite of how the dryer door opened. I love my new LG washer and dryer. They look really nice. Has plenty of choices on washing and drying. I’ve only been using them a little over two months. Hopefully they last longer than most large appliances last these days. The washer does an excellent job of spinning the water out which means less drying time.

Can go wrong with a protection plan, especially when you have total tech which comes included for free

I’ve had the monthly protection plan for a while now. I feel it’s a good plan to cover these devices, as we know they are not made to last. It just gives you the peace of mind.

I never realized how small my old washer and dryer were until I got these! I love that part (although it is a bit of a stretch to reach the bottom of the washer tub for me and I'm about 5'4". Love that it is intuitive with water amount/use and the dryer is great too. The door opens two ways and proven to be very handy. I like that it tilts our when I'm filling and then the door swings way open when I'm emptying it.

Awesome Washer and dryer its so good to get notifications when they are done. It even reminds yiu if yiu dont get yiur clothes right aeay.

This has to be the best warranty I've spent my money on. I look forward to long term relationship with Best Buy.

If i didn't buy this protection plan..... it wouldn't been bad. Something happened to the motherboard (Roaches all up in there due to being pre-owned and used) messed with the board and needed replacing. fixed no out of pocket on our end. thanks again ... *Buy this is buying pre owned.
