I absolutely love this washer. After 2 failed Samsungs I made the leap to a different brand and am so glad I did! I love the features and I also like that it is taller than my last two making it easier to get in and out.

If i didn't buy this protection plan..... it wouldn't been bad. Something happened to the motherboard (Roaches all up in there due to being pre-owned and used) messed with the board and needed replacing. fixed no out of pocket on our end. thanks again ... *Buy this is buying pre owned.

Best Buy protection plan is great. My daughter’s jvc ear buds stoped working, Best Buy replaced them within minuets she had new ear buds. The key board for my ipad stop working again Best Buy replaced with in minuets.

I'm really enjoying this particular brand of dryer. I love how it plays a song when the cycle is finished. And the most important thing is the door. Where we had our dryer located, we have a door that opened in front of it, but it was opposite of how the dryer door opened. I love my washer and dryer. They work amazingly would never trade them back.

So far, we’ve had absolutely no issues with our new washer/dryer. Plus, less usage of washing solution and it drys faster and doesn’t heat up the closer.

It’s been more than 2 years I m using this totally satisfied with product. No complaints Samsung is the best

Love both the LG WM3470 washer and LG DLG3471 dryer. My second set of LG laundry washer and dryer. The first set lasted 18 years with no problems.

gets clothes clean and uses more water in the cycles and with the extra rinse (which can be used multiple times) my clothes are never stiff and full of detergent.

I never realized how small my old washer and dryer were until I got these! I love that part (although it is a bit of a stretch to reach the bottom of the washer tub for me and I'm about 5'4". Love that it is intuitive with water amount/use and the dryer is great too. The door opens two ways and proven to be very handy. I like that it tilts our when I'm filling and then the door swings way open when I'm emptying it.

These machines are excellent they are quiet and clean and try very well.

Work great and quiet and carry large loads quickly

The protection plan is one of those things you hope you never need. But when you do, it is there for you. Just a single use on an expensive item can more than pay for many such plans over the years.

Quiet and functions perfectly. Carries a nice load size, clothes come out clean and well spun. Has all the features we wanted. We miss the sanitary cycle we had on our old washer, but that's not a big deal.

My parents love the washer and dryer. The feature of the magnetic door to keep it slightly open when not running is great - prevents smell from developing like we have in an older Samsung washer we have had. The dryer is very fast. My mom is able to use the technology even as a 80+ year old. She love the the reminder messages when a cycle is complete. And of course she really likes how clean clothes come out.
