We purchased this about a month ago. Very happy with the functionality and features. Only thing is it should come with a step stool my wife can not reach clothes at bottom without leaning over the washer with feet off ground. I am right at the bottom. Also the kits came with everything to hook up except the hose to dryer. I don't think I should have to by connection kits after spending that much on a washer and dryer. So I received a plastic Y for water hook up to washer and dryer but no hose for dryer. I went back and instead of handing me the hose I had to pay for another kit that had a medal Y and the hose to dryer.

I was very fortunate to get this washer as an open box. It had a minor dent in the side that I was able to pop out but didn't come in the box and no instructions, but no matter, it's online. The unit was on sale, opening, and with other discounts I paid only 40% the original price. Only with the door was reversible. Unit functions perfectly after two years.

If you use the best buy protection, you know that it can definitely come in handy. I've had several great visits.

The protection plan is one of those things you hope you never need. But when you do, it is there for you. Just a single use on an expensive item can more than pay for many such plans over the years.

Quiet and functions perfectly. Carries a nice load size, clothes come out clean and well spun. Has all the features we wanted. We miss the sanitary cycle we had on our old washer, but that's not a big deal.

Bestbuy always has us covered, happy to purchase our electronics and appliances with them!

Probably the best washer and dryer I’ve ever had. I kind of sometimes don’t want it to get dirty because it’s so nice but it always comes back looking brand new had some trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi but I moved and haven’t reconnected so I’ll see how that works next time.

I am very pleased with these machines. There are enough options for most of my needs, though the washer would benefit from a “spin only” setting. The other issue with the washer is that it does not like the heavy cotton bath mats and stops in the middle of the wash, refusing to complete the spin cycle. I have to hang them to dry, then fluff them in the dryer. The washer bounces too much as well, even though it is on a level base unit, so things on top (like the wash liquid bottles) fall over or off. Otherwise, they get things clean and dry nicely. I especially like the light wash program which is done in half an hour, and just right for most of my clothes.

i love having the protection for all my device and anything I've bought with you all, I always recommend best buy for everything. I run a boys and girls club and all our devices are bought with you all. the guys are amazing as well they come and install or come and help us out.

So far, we’ve had absolutely no issues with our new washer/dryer. Plus, less usage of washing solution and it drys faster and doesn’t heat up the closer.

Overall our LG washer and Dryer it self seem good but our overall experience with Best Buy has been horrible. We've had best buy out to our home 5 times for our washer and dryer. We are on our 3 set of appliances. Our first delivery for our Samsung wash/dryer, the delivery team left the shipping bolts in the washing machine and forgot to bring a steam kit for our dryer install. Install 2, best buy came to install the dryer steam kit. Forgot to turn on the water and didn't hookup the water correctly. Install 3, new washer was brought out because the initial install forgot the shipping bolts and ruined the washer. Install 4, the new washer would not self balance during the spin cycle. We had BB switch out our samsung washer/dryer for LG. During this install our dryer was damaged. Install 5, Best buy came to install new dryer because prev. was damaged in delivery. After the dryer was installed, two weeks later we found out our dryer was leaking water and has damaged our new house. Now we have a whole in our lower level ceiling and are waiting on BB to come look at it. On top of that, our washer/dryer are set into custom cabinets which is why there wasn't any sign of water until the ceiling had a big water bubble. Our new custom cabinets are damaged because the washer/dryer has been taken in and out 5 times by best buy and now the additional water issues. Now we are waiting for BB to come 4 days later to checkout the issue while all this water sits in the walls and floor because if we move anything before they check it out we may have our claim rejected. Absolute worst buying experience I've ever been through.

A great washer and dryer combination. Great value for these products. I always prefer Samsung appliances for great quality and long-lasting life. Recently purchased it and so far very satisfied with these two products.

The washing machine gets the clothes clean. It is quiet and fits well in the space. I like the choice of functions. Because it does not have a central agitator I am able to wash bulky items. I like the sound of the signal when the cycles sre complete.

Probably don’t look to fancy but works very good and for the price is definitely worth it.

Love both the LG WM3470 washer and LG DLG3471 dryer. My second set of LG laundry washer and dryer. The first set lasted 18 years with no problems.
