Both, looks great and washes and dries well. Still new though, need to see how long will it live.

Was looking to upgrade from my very basic ones I had. I love the detergent and softener dispenser (which was one if the things I was looking for). I wasn’t so sure about the necessity of the smart functions, but I have loved having the load done notifications on my phone since I can't always hear the "buzzer" and I often do laundry where the buzzer would interupt someone's sleep. Everything I was looki g for and more!

We purchased this about a month ago. Very happy with the functionality and features. Only thing is it should come with a step stool my wife can not reach clothes at bottom without leaning over the washer with feet off ground. I am right at the bottom. Also the kits came with everything to hook up except the hose to dryer. I don't think I should have to by connection kits after spending that much on a washer and dryer. So I received a plastic Y for water hook up to washer and dryer but no hose for dryer. I went back and instead of handing me the hose I had to pay for another kit that had a medal Y and the hose to dryer.

There was an initial issue with expensive detergent, as well as water leaking out of the machine and wash clothes coming out less than clean. I was able to determine the installers had not properly leveled it. Once leveled there has been no leakage. I leave the door ajar when not in use and therefore I’ve had no issues with mold or odor. There are tons of features, some of which I have not yet used. I would recommend this washer.

I love this washer because there is room to wash comforters. The different cycles and spin cycles are great. The color clothes don’t fade.

why spend the money without a protection plan for something you use every day

It's comforting to know we have the additional coverage on our major appliances.

I am very pleased with these machines. There are enough options for most of my needs, though the washer would benefit from a “spin only” setting. The other issue with the washer is that it does not like the heavy cotton bath mats and stops in the middle of the wash, refusing to complete the spin cycle. I have to hang them to dry, then fluff them in the dryer. The washer bounces too much as well, even though it is on a level base unit, so things on top (like the wash liquid bottles) fall over or off. Otherwise, they get things clean and dry nicely. I especially like the light wash program which is done in half an hour, and just right for most of my clothes.

I absolutely love this washer and dryer . Coupled with the app it notifies me when loads are complete, change filter, starting loads remotely.

Love my new washer and dryer. Love the app so I know when the washer and dryer are done and even a reminder on when to check the lint filter.

Downlaodabke custim cycles are cool. Cleans effectively. Look njce too.

By far one of the best washer/ dryer machines ever purchased. I really enjoy the laser sensor that automatically adjusts the wash load as needed, Great features along with the amount of detergent/ softener it holds

They are easy to use and get my clothes clean. I recommend to anybody looking for new machines.
