I bought this washer and dryer set at the recommendation of my housekeeper, who does my laundry, She LOVES this washer and dryer! Almost every time she does my laundry, she says, "Mrs B, I just LOVE your new washer and dryer! I want you to leave it to me in your will!! AND SHE'S SERIOUS!

I purchase this set for my daughter as a gift and she is in love with it. I thought she was exaggerating and I went visit and saw them and they were beautiful and when I use them I was completely satisfied with the purchase. Very efficient and price manageable

Washer gets clothes so clean. Saving on water and on detergent. The only feature I don't like is the locking lid once you set the cycle you can't add anything else.

Knowing that if the computer crashes or the washer and dryer decide to go on the blink, you know you're covered with Best Buy Protection!

Downlaodabke custim cycles are cool. Cleans effectively. Look njce too.

Great washer and dryer combo. Stacks vertically and is easy to access the console. Big enough to fit a king size comforter with some room still available. For the dryer, recommended not to use intelligent dry for comforters. Soon as it finds a dry spot it'll stop. Use timed dry and you'll be good to go.

Does everything it advertises and more. Really separated the pet hair in the side pockets of the washer tub. Great!!!

I've had this now for about 1.5 years. You get what you pay for. This was on sale, a Black Friday deal. Got both washer and dryer for under $2000 total. Other reviews (by Best Buy, Lowes and Home Depot buyers) convinced me these were great. I honestly find these new washer suspect with the so called technology that supposedly determines for itself how much water is needed. I've sat and watch the machine "wash" clothes with no water remaining inside because all of what was in there was absorbed by the clothing! That CAN'T be good for the clothes. You can of course override this but the fact it does it, is what is insane. After about a month of use and from using bleach in the bleach dispenser, the enamel paint in that area of whwre you add the bleach somehow chipped away. Imagine that.... a wash machine that can't handle bleach. Makes complete sense right?! Dryer supposedly has a moisture sensor to help reduce energy cost. That piece of tech needs some refining. Often, especially with jeans and towels, really dense material, the machine stops and the items are still damp. You then have to move things around, start it again and 15 mins later, it thinks everything is dry, except they're not. So you repeat the process. What's the point of that tech again? And for the love of all things holy, can I find a way to turn the infernal chiming off?! Our wash room is on the bedroom level in our house. Would be nice to be able to wash clothes without every button push announcing the fact.

I replaced an older model Samsung with this one. It seems to have a lot more features and works really well. However, I’m not a fan of the steam features or the Wi-Fi and connectivity. The steam setting literally squirts a little water onto your clothes during a dry cycle, but that means I can’t just steam my clothes for a minute or two. I have to run the cycle until the water squirted onto the clothes I was completely dry. I still get better performance by putting a wet washcloth into the dryer instead. The Wi-Fi and connectivity is lacking. It just seems like a gimmick.

Very nice product but a little bit on the noisy side for a new washing machine. Had to scramble to pick out this as my replacement unit for and unrepairable Maytag. It definitely can handle large comforters and towels5 easily. Wish it had the smart WiFi already installed but not sure it I would truly used another app.

Very glad I made this purchase. The team at my local Best Buy (Northridge) are always very informative and helpful when it comes to me being indecisive and I never feel pressured to make a purchase from this store. Also, I'm very happy that I became a total tech member.

Runs quietly. Has soft musical chime when loads are complete. Many settings to choose from. Like the short express settings. Energy efficient. Only drawback is the washer is air tight and clothes must be removed immediately or open the washer door. Otherwise, it leave a musty smell. Cleans and dries clothes nicely. Looks nice also.

It was time for a new washer and dryer. I did a lot of research before buying these and found that Best Buy had the best deal. These machines are fantastic - they have added features, can connect to wifi and were a great price. I would highly recommend this washer and dryer!

Our GE washer and dryer have been stellar. The work well and perform as advertised. Very glad to be using this brand!

Love these machines. The only problem is with the dryer automatically turning off because it senses the clothes are dry when many are not.

Our washer came arrived with a bad sensor, we got it replaced with no issues and didn't pay a dime.
