Our washer came arrived with a bad sensor, we got it replaced with no issues and didn't pay a dime.

Would definitely recommend if looking for a reasonable price with durability and ease of use!

Works like a champ for a family of 6. Appreciated the quick and clean installation. Seems to be a bit loud during certain cycles, but then again, we put it in a hallway; opps.

Love our new washer and driver. They look beautiful in the laundry room. The automatic laundry detergent dispenser is fantastic. Love the lower base which makes it easy to load and unload the machines without bending over!!

I haven't needed to use the protection for much except for an xbox controller that stopped working on me. BestBuy gave me zero issues in getting a brand new replacement controller when I gave them the broken one and explained what was going on with it. Hopefully it works just as easy with all the covered merchandise i have

I just love my appliances!! However I again had problems with the delivery men, they were an outsourcing company and had to have BestBuy come back out to fix the issue!!

It is a great piece of mind knowing that you can call someone for help fix a problem when it occurs.

This purchase was a BestBuy install in one of my newly constructed homes. The equipment looks really sharp and is a nice accent to the home. Buyers loved it! The install guys were great. I have dealt with tons of installs for different equipment this was by far the easiest and most professional I have witnessed.

The protection through Best Buy just seems to make sense. I have had a relationship with them for years and I always get it in case something unforeseen happens. You never know how long this new tech will ever last and ideally we would not need it, but that is not the world we live in, so get it.

I bought this pair to stack. I’m 5’-3” tall and I am having no trouble using them stacked. If I were to clean them on top I will need a ladder. My clothes come out very clean. I enjoy not having to use the soap jug each use due to the automatic dispenser. The units are pretty quiet. Over all I am very happy one year into ownership.

This washer and dryer was purchased for my daughter and her fiancé’s first home. They work great. The while process was so good and easy.. from ordering, delivery and set up. I would definitely recommend this set. I would also recommend paying the little extra for delivery and setup and removal of old machines.

Protection plan is worth every penny and we have used it for many years.
