This has been a great addition to our home. Our old LG were 10 years old and did their part.

I replaced an older model Samsung with this one. It seems to have a lot more features and works really well. However, I’m not a fan of the steam features or the Wi-Fi and connectivity. The steam setting literally squirts a little water onto your clothes during a dry cycle, but that means I can’t just steam my clothes for a minute or two. I have to run the cycle until the water squirted onto the clothes I was completely dry. I still get better performance by putting a wet washcloth into the dryer instead. The Wi-Fi and connectivity is lacking. It just seems like a gimmick.

Best buy does stand by their 2 yr protection plan. My earbuds would stop working so i took it in. They sent it off to get fixed and i got it back in 10 days. Have been working well since.

The old whirlpool was dying in this was an awesome replacement. Very quiet.

Purch for a STR, they are used quite a bit by housekeeper & guests. Have worked well, Decent brand, matching set. As a member saved $300 on this set buying from BB v HD or Lowes. Not nickled/dimed

Water consumption, automatic controls cor both washing and drying

With every penny. It's already paid for itself. We had to replace the dryer upon original delivery due to a malfunction, and everything was replaced and covered!

Had to retire trusty 25 year old units and go with the new wifi connected washer and dryer Wait till it pings and move it over or out - very nice and produces less noise than the older units.

I haven't needed to use the protection for much except for an xbox controller that stopped working on me. BestBuy gave me zero issues in getting a brand new replacement controller when I gave them the broken one and explained what was going on with it. Hopefully it works just as easy with all the covered merchandise i have

This purchase was a BestBuy install in one of my newly constructed homes. The equipment looks really sharp and is a nice accent to the home. Buyers loved it! The install guys were great.
