So far i have nothing negative to say about the geek squad nor bestbuy. They have always done me right and they're my go to when it comes to tech.

I always get the protection plans and while I don’t always need them, any product that gets heavy use has a higher chance of breaking down due to wear and tear in the two years. Generally all it takes is 1 out of 20 products to go bad in two years and you essentially break even on the money you spend on multiple protection plans.

The agents were careful with my new washer and dryer. Did an excellent job of connecting them and even ran them to make sure they worked correctly. Very attentive to detail and very professional. The washer and dryer are just what I needed and the price was reasonable.

Washer and dryer are amazing! So easy to use and both work great. I really like not having the agitator in washer. Less items getting wrapped around and tearing. All the options and settings are a bit overwhelming at first but when you get the hang of it it’s an amaymachine!

More features than needed but it’s been great and relatively quiet compared to other washers we’ve owned

I absolutely love this washer and dryer! If you want the bells and whistles then this is for you! The washer machine orders laundry detergent when it senses you are running low. The dryer orders dryer sheets from amazon also! Connect the two appliances to smartthings and watch the magic happen!

The LG dryer I bought for Amy daughter was a life saver. The guys who delivered it and installed it made it so easy----she called me and thanked me profusely----she said it was seamless. I am so impressed with Best Buy protection plan. SO SO SO impressed.

Had them for low over a year haven’t had no problems with them seem to work really well

I hate front loaders they are sooo high maintenance! But I had no choice with space. I have had my set for a few months now. It’s easy to clean and both are very quiet. I hooked it myself and even tho it took me over an hour it was still easy!! Love it so far!!!

Best Buy Price Matched what I was purchasing a week ago without any hassle this alone is wonderful. I have bought and spent with Best Buy on several things computers and all and they have always kept there promises. Best Buy honors what they say.

Excellent product with high quality, I really liked this washer, it doesn't spend too much water and the clothes gets really clean in there. I can get the status on my phone of the wash cycle and it's great.

I waited about a year to do the review and purchased this after my first gen of Samsung front loader died after about 15 years. LG now has better reviews so I went with this one. The washer works GREAT. Good capacity. Super FAST. Water saving with cool extra jets to get all washed thoroughly. I downloaded a "Wool Wash" option that works well. The clearout on the FRONT of the machine is a good design. Very happy!

Very happy with them although the first time I tried washing a comforter I did have some water leaking from the door. Never happened again though.
