The renewal of the buyer protection plan for large items is a MUST! Best Buys plans are an exceptional value and provide much needed support if it becomes necessary after the standard warranty period expires. Well worth the low price!

Absolutely gorgeous set! Extremely spacious and works great! Luckily I haven't had any issues with it whatsoever. LOVE the fact that I can connect it to my other Samsung devices (ex. Tv notified me when a cycle is complete)

I bought this to replace my old washer and dryer which was about fifteen years old. The old washer was giving me problems and was tired of getting it fixed. This one was recommeded by the Sales person from Bestbuy. The price was within budget. Due to being a Total Tech member, delivery and installation were free. The intstallation personnel were good and delivery time was excellent.

I haven’t needed to use this for my new washer & dryer yet, but based on my previous experience with Best Buy product warranties, I expect to be pleased with their No-hassle repair/replacement policy that I have come to love and trust!

When we moved, our new house was electric appliances. We sold our gas appliances and made our way to the store. This pair of washer and dryer was a great setup, and the price was right on point. We have had them for almost 2 years, and have had ZERO issues at all.

I love my appliances. I love that it connects to Wi-Fi. The only con is that with wifi you can’t start or stop the washer and dryer. I wish we could put it on a timer and start and stop it with app. There are certain settings on dryer to extend but I am still confused on which setting. Wish it was all settings. The app is the only thing I have an issue with. I love the washer and dryer over all

Loving my new set. Its the Ivory and rose gold so beautiful makes doing laundry a little more pleasant. Even my 12yr old granddaughter commented on how pretty they were.As for preformance they are quite and have a huge variety of options. It even plays a little melody when the cycle has completed im really enjoying them
