Very happy with them although the first time I tried washing a comforter I did have some water leaking from the door. Never happened again though.

I really like my front loader washer and dryer. I have problems with the washer. I am short and to get the clothes out the washer I have to sue a long handled item, so I use tong extra Lon to get the clothes. For the dryer I have to bend over to get clothes out of the dryer, so I use the long handled tong to reach to the back of the.

As a single woman, it makes me fill good that if anything happens it the appliances, I have someone to help me out.

I’ve only had one problem with the washer during these two years but as soon asoon as I schedule an appointment the tech was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem quickly..

Bought the Samsung matching pair. Great clean looking and performance from these machines. Only thing is when operating washer, you need to press (additional water) button (only available in certain cycles) to ensure there is an adequate amount of water added to wash.

Had them for low over a year haven’t had no problems with them seem to work really well
