Great set to have! Still in great use washer, however dryer can not be used in new home because it is electric and not gas.

I never had a washer without an agitator before. It is huge. Quiet. Clothes do tend to wad up a little more. No complaints.

I bought this to replace my old washer and dryer which was about fifteen years old. The old washer was giving me problems and was tired of getting it fixed. This one was recommeded by the Sales person from Bestbuy. The price was within budget. Due to being a Total Tech member, delivery and installation were free. The intstallation personnel were good and delivery time was excellent.

Loving my new set. Its the Ivory and rose gold so beautiful makes doing laundry a little more pleasant. Even my 12yr old granddaughter commented on how pretty they were.As for preformance they are quite and have a huge variety of options. It even plays a little melody when the cycle has completed im really enjoying them

I haven’t needed to use this for my new washer & dryer yet, but based on my previous experience with Best Buy product warranties, I expect to be pleased with their No-hassle repair/replacement policy that I have come to love and trust!
