I bought 6 months ago and honestly the easiest to use. Have never had an issue other than accidentally turning on child lock and not realizing it... def my own fault. Leaves clothes clean and the cycles are super easy to understand. Once it's set up they become a part of your life.

Appliances definitely develop faults over the months/years and after market parts are expensive. With Best Buy protection, I save maintenance or repair costs when an appliance develops a problem.

We love our washer and dryer. We have total tech and it covers everything you buy from there. It is totally worth it.

We love this duo especially because you can preset wash and dry and it will let you know by message when it is done. Also the washer you can just pre load detergent and do like 25 cicles before relode

Really happy with our new LG washer and dryer from Best Buy. Installation and haul away went well. On time and very efficient. They had to come back and adjust the dryer vent hose, but other than that it is all good!!

Given the likelihood of a possible malfunction over the short run, the protection plan adds peace of mind during the 24-month period. The only disappointment is that the doors open opposite each other making it difficult to transfer clothes from the washer to the dryer. This is contrary to the promise made during the purchase.
